Bad quality control, rust, rust and more rust

Looked amazing for about two weeks. Now it is rusting, weld breaking, paint peeling. Customer support is offeringing me a repalcment set, but i dont want more rusting junk. the did alos offer me 50 refund, 50 percent after rusting in weeks! This set looks great onl line but it is absolute trash do not buy!!!!

Everything rusted within three months!

Bought this set for a coastal home. Description states that frames are made from "high-quality rust-free iron". This is absolutely untrue. We kept this furniture under a covered patio, and EVERY piece rusted within 3 months. Now it is so bad that there are holes in the metal, and the rust has damaged our deck.

Good outdoor furniture, looks nice and is comfortable to the wife and me. I'm 5'8" 190lbs and wife is 5'4" and roughly 125lbs. I like that the cushions are firm but comfortable. Some of our other outdoor furniture is too soft and you sink down to much in them.

Still missing 2 swivel bases and cushions. Spoke to someone last Friday that said we’d get an email and it has been 3 business days with no contact.

the wicker was damaged

Customer Service. Quality.

Bought this set. Assembly was all screws with inserts in frame. I am wondering how long inserts will pull out over time. Had all of screw inserts in tops to ottomans pull out when assembling. Didnt look like they were epoxied in. Customer service was terrible. They said they would replace ottomans. Waited to hear back after couple weeks. No return call back. Called them again and they said I would need to return complete set. After I put everything together. The set came in three deliveries with ottomans coming last. I would suggest looking at Agio furniture. Made in Italy. More expensive but worth it. Minimal assembly. Solid one piece frames. No screws. Thicker cushions.

This set is very comfortable and is very sturdy.

The outdoor patio set was easy to install , the instructional photos were detailed . The wicker product itself is sturdy and the cushions supplied were of good quality . The chairs are very wide and the tall backs with the cushions make it extremely comfortable to sit on. The swivel chairs are a great addition to this set. They rock back and fourth and swivel around smoothly. I would definitely recommend this set.

Love the set but very hard to put together.holes dont line up very well

I’ve had it a week and pieces are already coming apart been sat in twice. Took over 3 weeks to get all pieces. I had emailed lady from company and she acted like it was my fault I had only received half my order on time. She stated she was going to send me tracking numbers 2 days later I asked for them again and she was rude. Home Depot stated I was getting 2 chairs because of the mix up and never received them!

One of the chairs has the raton unraveling.

We ordered this set and had it delivered. I spent one evening putting it together and really like this set. We have really only had one chance to use it with all of the rain. So the furniture has been through several rain storms and it has held up well. We left the cushions attached to the ottomans out and they do a really nice job repelling the rain. We had one of the arms on one of the rockers that was bent. Contacted their customer service and they got a replacement shipped out immediately no questions asked. Definitely recommend this set.

Poor Assembly and Ridiculous Process

The manufacturer needs a course on how to make assembly instructions manual and video. They have simply just assumed that user should know the basics. It took my wife and I with help from my kids a whole day to install this furniture set. Not due to our lack of knowledge since we have built at least a dozen furniture but due to lack of instruction and lack of videos online. Ridiculous

Great patio set, love the color and wicker. Easy to assemble and comfortable to sit in.

A little difficult to assemble. A few corners of the webbing were cracked
