One chair was damaged and I’m still waiting to hear back after being told that a new me would be sent to me.

Great Patio Set

The furniture looks fantastic and the seats are very comfortable. I had an issue with 2 of the cushions not expanding properly but Vicky and Lucy in Customer Service did a fantastic job of fixing the issue. I highly recommend this set.

Beautiful and comfortable

This set is definitely a good quality for the money. Exceptional customer service (Lucy) took care of damaged parts received by my local Home Depot quickly. Damaged box-so most likely damaged in shipping.

Great product! Nice thick cushions, pretty heavy duty construction on the frames of all the chairs for how cheap it was. Only complaints the 10lbs of fire glass it came with wasn't quite enough to cover the burner completely, but fire glass is cheap at its a common color and easy to get more to cover to your liking. As well as the shipping to my home wasn't great it came on 3 separate days and from multiple locations for the entire set. But it all came eventually and was all matching. Overall great product! just be prepared to spend a few hours assembling it all.

Table

So had a bad table top they was dented on the original order and after contacting the vendor (Lucy ) went above and beyond and had a new table ups right to my local home depot with no questions asked. The furniture is great quality and the cushions 5" are super comfy also.

Once I put the set together, it was great.

I gave 1 star because of the defective parts included in the box. So far i contacted the manufacturer before 4th of July and I haven't received the replacement part as of July 18

Black Cushions Are Not Black

The set is beautiful, sturdy, and easy to assemble. I gave it 3 stars because I chose the black cushions and they are not black, they are a charcoal gray. I wasn't home when my husband assembled it. Had I noticed the cushions were not black before he assembled it, I would have returned it. Now, it's too much of a hassle so I'm stuck with gray cushions that do not go with any of the decor I have already purchased. I'm pretty bummed because truly it's a beautiful set.

Furniture pretty light weight and scratches easily. Powder coat very thin. Table was dented. After talking to 3 different people and spending way too much time on hold, we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning. We needed it for a get together at our house and couldn’t wait another 4-6 weeks for a new set.

comfortable

The furniture is comfortable but outting it together i did notice that if i tried to assemble it with the use of a electric drill as a screwdriver it wanted to seize in the nut. Just using basic had tools did much better and didnt have any trouble after switching. The set looks nice on the patio and i find it comfortable but will be adding some throw pillows for affed comfort
