Missing Parts

Missing Parts and there is no customer service to call and talk too voice mail only. Every thing is through email and no response it's been 72 hours sent a 2nd request for part replacement. Sad part it's a nice set. If I don't hear from them I will be returning the set.

Gorgeous set but damaged. Corner unit looks like a beaver chewed through the screw holes - so much so the washers fall right thru. Table has big ding in it, and doesn’t raise as advertised- stuck on coffee table height.

I like the material is not heavy but is firm, it can hold up to 6 people like it says medium to heaven size and everyone fits comfortable, where I live it rains a lot even thought I try to cover it it gets rain and sun and is still the same, I been having it for about 4 months and I can said it is a good product for a great price. it came complete and all the pieces were good.

I ordered this set and received earlier than expected. I was pleased and arranged to have it assembled the following weekend. When my package arrived it was clear the box was opened previously as the cushions were exposed. When I cut through the tape I could tell things were either used and returned or opened and previous pirchaser changed their mind. After inspecting thw box for all materials needed I noticed all tge washers wwre missing and the

[Rewarded Review] Please don’t buy from this manufacturer

If I could give 0 stars I would! I purchased this furniture for an event at my house. When I received the items I didn’t have any screws nor washers to put it together. The manufacturer took a full 24 hours to respond to every single email. The first email asked my order number, had to wait 24 hours, the second email asked what I was missing, another 24 hours, 3rd email needed my address, another 24 hours. Guess what still no screws, no tracking number. NOTHING! not even a response. Stay away

Missing parts

I didn’t receive all the parts. Said they would issue a refund and never did.

This is set is very nice and assembly went surprisingly well. However there are 2 problems. I have tried to "Contact the Seller" and it tells me "there is a problem to try later" I have tried several times and still have the same issue.

Small, uncomfortable.

Much smaller than appears in pictures. you can use the measurements to get an idea of size, but you don't see how small these are until you've completely assembled them. they are SMALL. Impossible to disassemble and get back into the packaging for a return because they are so precisely packaged. cushions are hard as a rock. very uncomfortable. you'd be hard pressed to get 2 grown adults on the loveseat, let alone a pair of overweight Americans.

Not a great set.

Disliked all the backrest: too narrow to have a comfortable seating, also, the holes were not properly aligned for easy m ounting.

Nice but light weight

Very light weight. We wish it were a little heavier and sturdier. Other than that we love it. Comfortable and looks really nice.

Not a good patio set

This furniture is cheaply made and very uncomfortable, back has no support at all and seat cushions are hard and rather small.
