Beautiful with some quality issues
After waiting 6 months for this desk, I was ecstatic when it finally arrived. Overall, the desk looks exactly as pictured. However; there was some damage to the left side that was pretty noticeable. After reaching out to customer support, we agreed on a % refund (which I was fine with). Very pretty desk!
DO NOT Buy THIS or ANY product from LuLu & Georgia
Here is how my desk arrive: On 1 of the curved sides had bubbles underneath the veneer which totally destroys the curved look and leaves a big dent in the side. I was told by management that this is a "variation of the wood". Since when is bubbling of veneers a variation. All options to remedy this situation basically requires me to buy more from this company. Why would I do this when my first experience stinks and the company shows they do not stand behind their work.
Do not buy anything from this company especially this desk.
My desk was delivered with a big gauge in the side AND bubbles under the veneer-the company calls this a "variation". The company does not stand behind their products. Any offer to fix the problem forces you to buy more from them. Why would I do this when they didn't solve my original problem. PS-for this type of cost you should also get soft close drawers. It is just basic cheap drawer.
