Worked like it should
Was absolutely NOT flexible... even with the provided extra rubber washers, leaked like a sieve... Returned it.
The hose came kinked, because of the way it was packaged, not because of shipping damages.

The hose is crushed in a few spots. The hose is very stiff and stuck in the coiled shape that it was shipped in. A shower hose must be flexible and hang loose
Returned it, too stiff
When it arrived it was damaged but I needed a shower hose. It will work until it doesn’t.
I bought 2 of these shower hoses. first one broke as soon as it was installed. second one did not break, however i had to put a second rubber seal in it to stop it from leaking. I would not recommend.

I was tightening it and it cracked, I understand it’s plastic but I wouldn’t think I could hand tighten something that it cracks

Unable to give zero stars. Hand tightened the new hose and the plastic fitting cracked in my hand with very little pressure. Looking to return for refund. Ordered a brass fitting hose instead which is what I thought this was. Buyer beware, cheap product.
