Bad customer service on replacement

I have been trying to get hold of Moen for 2 days. Playing the game of being put on hold for 15 minutes, and then trying to send an email that insists I put in a Canadian providence when I live in the U.S.

Perfect Replacement

My old Moen shower hose had been leaking at the handheld end for quite a while. I looked at replacing it with an alternative hose but the quality, based on the reviews, was subpar. I went ahead and purchased the Moen branded A726 hose. Bottom line it’s expensive but it’s well built and now that I have it installed it doesn’t leak.

Pricey Hosey

Well, my original broke off at the attachment to the shower head. This product is a replacement but to say it is pricey is an understatement, $140, you must be kidding, for a hose! Good grief. But purchased it anyway. Would not recommend this as there are look alikes much less costly. Anyway, am pleased to have assisted someone in their Lexus payment.

There is not that much to say about a shower hose. The length is sufficient for my needs. The hose seems well made and matches the rest of my shower components. It is very flexible, more so than other hoses that I've used in the past. It definitively on the expensive side, but it does have a lifetime warranty and that is worth something. Overall I would recommend the product.

As previous reviewers have stated, it isn't the same quality as the original - it fits well & installs easily, but this hose is a lighter-weight, almost plastic feeling, version of the original one. Doesn't have such a quality, heavy feel, but it works.
