Returned the item because we ordered the wrong size. But the item came quickly and we are able to return it with no issues.

Beautiful but falls short on flames brightness.

The fireplace is beautiful, nice design and looks great but the flames are not bright at all. You need a very dark room to be OK even that, the flames aren’t as comparable to our old fireplace.

Assembly instructions are terrible. When you go to put the fake glass in it, it is not easy to do and you have to do it your own way, and not based on the instructions and then once we got it mounted on the wall and plugged in the fire does not go from end to end.

I love how quick this came. The packaging was great no chips or breakage. It was super easy for a regular person to install. Came out looking very professional.

Great looking unit. Just wish it put out a little more heat. Nice functions and looks really good. Using a 12” wood spacer from the wall lets you trim it out with a 1x6 board.

The pictures are very misleading. It is not supposed to be recessed.

We love our electric fireplace. Two person install is a must but fairly easy when you make sure you read all the instruction

The Cambridge 72” wall mounted fireplace looks beautiful below my big screen tv. The directions were not very clear and so it was mostly trial and error getting it secured on the wall. Definitely a two man job! It works perfectly and does warm up the room and is not noisy when the fan and tv are both on.

Bought this beautiful fireplace to install in my living room of my new house. I chose the open box option since it specified that open box items were evaluated at wayfair to insure there are no flaws in it before shipping it out. However when it arrived, the box’s exterior was already broken apart in multiple areas and not tightly repackaged. When we open the box, all of the styrofoam protecting the fireplace was broken into small pieces. The logs had chipped and there is also a large bend on one of the corners of the fireplace itself.

Design flaws

Two issues that seem to be a common theme with this “fireplace”. First, the obvious sound many refer to. It’s loud, and makes it sound very cheap. First clear obvious sign it’s made in China. Secondly, it’s designed to mount recessed into a wall. But the way it’s designed, you’d have to be able to get behind the wall to hold it to the mount.
