The assembly service was terrible. Initially charged 40 for installation then cancelled and tried to charge me 160 instead. I cancelled it all.

This is great but can you put a shear and blackout, I don’t see double but I may have missed it in the chaos

Really sturdy product and installed easily. Customer service was a live person (needed extra brackets) and they resolved my issue quickly. Will definitely purchase additional tracks for the other windows.

Very solid metal tracks. Needed esp for very wide doors & panels. Nice find.

The 192" length is a sturdy double center-opening rod. I had to shorten the rods to the 150 1/2" length I needed, & it was easy to cut with a hacksaw; the only drawback is that the splice bracket is noticeable when the drapes are open. The 192" length comes with 7 mounting brackets & I used all of them-- definitely made the thing rock solid. Really like the baton closure feature rather than the usual drawstring closure.

Overall I'm glad I purchased this product- 4 star instead of 5 because only 5 mounting brackets were supplied even though the instructions indicate that there should be no more than 24" gap between them. The total rod I purchased was 144" long so in theory at least 6 should have been supplied instead of 5. The curtains I'm using aren't overly heavy so 5 brackets was adequate for my installation but may not be for others. Plus the fact that it is a two piece design and the center connection between the rods does not allow for a bracket to be placed in the very center- this also made installing with 5 brackets instead of 6 especially awkward.

12' track - the two pieces of track were cut very rough and required quite a bit of smoothing before they would fit flush with each other. All track pieces and hardware seem to be designed well and of good quality materials.

When mounted to the ceiling the bulky screw heads are...

When mounted to the ceiling the bulky screw heads are in the way of the tracks, so they cannot be mounted as described. Use the center hole instead of what designers intended! Also, how am I supposed to mount evenly two tracks with five mounting brackets? Customer service was nice to send one more!
