The description on the Anzzi website says "No need to worry about rust as our towel warmer is finely crafted from RHINO ALLOY certified rust resistant stainless steel." They also claimed to have a lifetime warranty. . . Yet, both towel warmers I purchased have significant rust and when I called their customer support, they said that there is no warranty once they discontinue the product (which of course they likely did once it becomes obvious that the product has problems--like rust.) . . So I am now the owner of two rusting rust resistant towel warmers.

Works great, wish it could hold more towels.

I like it and it works as I expected. It stays warm long enough for me to dry off. My only wish is that I would like it to be longer so that I could put more than one towel on it.

Looks good but only ok construction. Bars were bent, metal caps are not flush. Heats up well but aesthetically looks clumsy because of long cable and cable sticks out at right angle from wall instead of going top down into the plug

Requires hard wiring and manual on/off only

We have been searching for a small towel warmer for our small bathroom that wont overtake the whole bathroom or be a sore sight. This one is great! Very modern looking and sleek. It comes with an outlet plug cord, so we had ours re-hardwired by our electrician and hide the cord in the wall. Worked out great. In case its not clear in the description there is a concealed on/off button on the bottom corner with a small light that glows red when heating. There is no timer option, so for a warm towel, you will have to turn it on 10-15 minuted in advance manually. I don't mind but someone out there might. I like to use it to dry the wet towels also, but have to be mindful about turning it off.

It is just a space saver type of towel warmer. It works fine. I am concerned about the quality of the on/off switch. It does not feel very robust.

This brushed nickel towel warmer looks like a very high end product. it goes with everything else in my newly renovated bathroom. It was easy to install and it took me less than 20 minutes. As others mention it does take about 20 minutes to get up to temperature, but I put mine on a timer so there is no problem with the towel being warm when I get out of the shower. If you go this route, I would suggest setting it to come on 1 hour before use. This way your towel is good and warm. I would also suggest to keep it running for another 3 hours after use, so the towel becomes dry.

A towel warmer that doesn't warm towels

I've been using and trying to like this for 2 months but it refuses to heat up enough to warm a towel. No wonder the price dropped in the mean time. Would have sent it back if contractor didn't throw away all the packaging, plus would have to bear with the ugly holes in my new bathroom wall...

Anzzi 6-Bar SS Wall Mounted Towel Rack

Perfect size for a smaller bathroom. Solid construction and perfect fit for our application. Be sure to figure in additional GFI plug during remodel for this product. Installation takes precise measuring to ensure level and placement of mounting pegs.

love it!

i had electrician install it on a cabinet run the cord to a new outlet under the cabinet. Then i put a timer on to turn on/off every morning so now i have warm towels every day when i step out of shower. beautifully designed, quality construction, and easy to install. only improvement suggestion would be a built in timer.

We have a small bathroom 5'x7', so wanted a towel warmer that had a low profile and this is perfect. Comes out from the wall about 3 inches which fits well. We installed a new plug in beside it so there wouldn't be a cord hanging. Have had it installed about 2 weeks and it heats and dries the towels in about an hour. Has a sleek line that would fit in any bathroom.

I have delayed posting this review until I had more experience with this product. I have not used a towel warmer before and have little criteria to go on. Plus, I haven’t experienced its use in cold weather. But at this point I think I can confidently say that I would not recommend this product in particular and maybe even this type of product in general.

Besides the sleek look, I primarily chose this ANZZI towel warming rack because it can be plugged in and does not require to be hardwired. I did not want to open up my wall and involve an electrician so, picked this version with a power cord that plugs into a regular outlet. The cord is white and is 72” (6 ft.) long. The rack itself is very stylish and the stainless steel brushed nickel looks great.
