[Rewarded Review] Pretty Decent Towel warmer

Looks very nice and modern but in terms of getting the towels to be warm, it wasn’t that great which is why they lost one star.

Outstanding quality! Extremely well-built and totally function’s as designed. Keep in mind it warms the towels, it does not heat them. If you want hot towels, put a microwave in your bathroom.

BUYER BEWARE!

This product does not come with the correct hardware to attach to the wall. The 'kit' comes with four 3/4" bushings which do not fit to hold the top shelf to the wall. What is needed is two 1" bushings and two 3/4" bushings. Called and was told build.com can do nothing and must go through the manufacturer. Contacted them and nothing-It;s been 10 days.

I love this towel warmer! It is great for having multiple towels as well as large bath sheets. Normal size bath towels fit perfectly across and the big bath sheets have to be folded in half long ways to fit on the rack. Still not a problem heating up a double layer towel. So glad I got this for my bathroom and now I don't know what I will have to do the next time I have to take a shower in a bathroom that doesn't have one!

Does not work to the specs

Does not heat up. No where close to 104-120 like it says.

This is my 3rd one for different houses and it’s a must!

Fits perfect - strong construction....keeps towels toasty warm and helps dry them...especially in winter months...

Love it!

Great towel warmer. It is larger than I expected. Does the job, but does not have a timer so you have to remember to shut it off.

Sleek, functional.

Good product; wrong parts and complex installation.

Some parts were missing and others were incompatible with each other or the wrong size. To recover from this problem, it took me three days spread over three weeks to install the towel warmer. The 4 standoffs do not form a perfect rectangle, as the instructions would require. I don't think the average DIY homeowner could accomplish the installation.

This was a lot bigger than I expected I had to return . I didn’t have enough wall space . It look super cool but you need a full wall to put up and put towels on.

A warm embrace

I can't wait to install these. They came quickly after ordering. The color is great and the quality seems sturdy. We are choosing to install with hidden plugs so they look built in.

Disappointing

I am disappointed that this doesn't really warm my towels. I am purchasing towels that are quick dry" and I hope they will heat better. If so, I may change my rating of this product.
