Pleased with my purchase
A positive experience all around. I purchased it with ease online and was able to schedule a delivery date with customer service. The set arrived as scheduled. Customer service and delivery crew were courteous and professional. I’m also happy with the quality of the sofa and recliner set. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Ashley Furniture again in the future

This recliner is great. It’s comfy and reclines almost fully. My only issue is with Ashley’s. I ordered online and heard nothing from them for over a week. It took several calls to them to get the ball moving.

Happy with my Bolzano sofa
The sofa is very comfortable. It doesn't sag like my previous sofa. It reclines very smoothly as well. Very satisfied with the furniture.I suggest purchasing the 5 year warranty, especially if you're planning on using a lot.

Sofa
Sofa is fine, received in good shape, warehouse fellow did a good job showing it to us and loading. It took a long time to get here but it came from overseas, if I would have known that I probably wouldn't have ordered it, it came from Vietnam. I thought it was coming from local Ashley.

A nice double couch for smaller spaces
The smaller size fits well in limited spaces, the fabric looks nice and is supple and soft, and the springs and stuffing are comfortable. My only complaint is the contrasting stitching; if the stitching blended into the dark brown fabric color, it would be perfect.
Great Sofa
The sofa is very comfortable. I had to buy the floor model and it had a small tear in the back of the sofa. They gave me a discount and fixed the hole. I am very pleased.
Exactly what we expected
We love this couch. The whole family sits on it to read at night. (3 kids, 2 parents). It had plenty of back support. I am happy it reclines away from the wall so that we do not have to worry about ruining the back of the couch or wall.

Delivery and drivers excellent job
The couch was delivered in a timely manner. The drivers were excellent and had it up in minutes with no mess at all. Kudos to the two drivers that did a great job,
