Very happy!

Bought this set for our media room and the delivered items were just as good as the ones we saw in the store. Great back support, firm seat cushions. I love that they look and feel like upscale leather, but are just well-made non-leather alternatives. Electronic parts work great!

Very nice, comfort & sturdy

Its been close to a month & the experience has been really great. Pretty solid, comfortable & the recliners working pretty good so far.

Theater Room Bliss

We sat on this in the store and loved the firmness and comfort of it. Power back, head and footrest, USB and 115v outlets in the fold down center armrest, and storage compartments in the side armrests. Cup holders in each armrest. It's very easy to sit through a three hour movie or gaming without having to continuously adjust your position after an hour to stay comfortable. We would highly recommend!

Great for movie rooms

This is our second one we bought for our movie room. Only draw back is the middle seat doesn't recline. Other than that we love then.

Beautiful and sturdy

Beautiful chocolatey color. Love the power headrest. My 3 year old loves to jump on it and it has proven to be sturdy enough so far.

Sturdy Seating

This is placed in our living room as primary seating. I love the style & color because it matches our flooring & other furniture. The only thing (my wife) doesn't like is that the seats are "sturdy", ,eaning there's very little give when you sit down. When we sat on the ones in the showroom they were a lot softer. But I attribute that to hundreds, if not more, people sitting in them while on the floor. She wanted to return them, but I won that debate/discussion :-)

The couch is great - but Coleman's price and service were amazing

Wonderful couch - tried it out at an Ashley store as it is their brand. You can read other reviews about the couch - this review is about why you should buy from Coleman. Their prices are significantly better than Ashley in store or online. Add in free delivery and coupons, and it was a deal. I was a bit worried that since the price was so much better, that maybe the item wouldn't be as good or the delivery service would be bad. Neither was. The couch and recliner was in perfect condition. The delivery crew was stellar. Professional, polite, and took great care in getting the furniture through doorways. They were respectful of my property inside and out. I would buy furniture again from Coleman in a heartbeat. Don't worry about this online retailer - they are the real deal and better than most!

So functional and beautiful! I

So functional and beautiful! I love the plugs built in and the comfort is very good. The only thing I wish could be improved is how far back the recliner goes , it doesn’t go completely flat. It is a beautiful piece and goes perfectly on our living room. The price was way better than the local shops who had the identical sofa.

Beyond my expectations

This couch was the final touch to a basement remodeling project (my mancave, finally). I wanted something similar to the recliners in movie theaters so I can be comfy watching the big TV. This was perfect. It has power headrests to go with the power recliners and the center folds down to become a spot to set snacks, beverages in the cup holders, phone, etc. And it includes USB ports and a couple of outlets. The material is easily wipeable for any spills. Free delivery to the garage and the best part was that it arrived a month earlier than they originally anticipated!

Love this set!

We bought the couch and recliner in November of 2019. We wanted to wait awhile to give an honest assessment of them. It's been almost a year and both are still perfect. We have not had any problems with them. They look and feel the same as the day we got them. They give us a lot of support which is what we wanted. Covid hit in March and we have spent lots and lots of time sitting on them! Absolutely Love them! The price was great, much cheaper than we could have gotten it locally. The delivery people came in and set the whole thing up and were very polite and knowledgeable.

We love our new furniture. It was delivered in perfect condition and right on time, and it is everything we hoped it would be. Our sales team member was very friendly and accommodating, and he really took the time to help us make our decision. We will be back to Nebraska Furniture Mart! We also ended up purchasing all of our flooring there!

Warnerton Chocolate Power Reclining Sofa

We purchased this power reclining sofa and are quite pleased with the comfort, ease of use to recline and quality of this piece of furniture.

Do not buy!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I bought this couch and two recliners 8 months ago. I also want to add I bought the extended warranty which I just found out does not cover fabric issues. In eight short months this furniture has developed MANY noticeable wear spots that have lost their color. It's mostly where we sit and rub against the fabric....normal wear at best. I'm talking two to three shades lighter and one as large in size as a watermelon! I also want to add that my husband and I are 60 and 65 years old. We are the only two who use this furniture. I contacted Raymour and Flanigan to address this problem only to find out that the warranty is for one year on the fabric(I'm eight months into the one year) and the extended warranty does not cover the fabric at all! So, they offer to come fix it. Really!? How do you fix ALL three pieces of furniture that will continue to have the same issues in 4 months when the warranty expires? This fix would only be a temporary fix because it's not going to stop this from happening to the same spots or even other areas. I wish I could add pictures for you to see this hot mess they call quality. It is such a disappointment to spend over $3,600 and have this happen in 8 short months. I have requested a full refund and even said I would settle on a full store credit to purchase a completely different set. I am waiting to hear back from them and will update my review if they stand behind their product and make this right....

Sturdy and very comfortable

We have owned a power reclining couch previously. It was not as comfortable or as sturdy as the Ashley couch that we now have. This couch reclining mechanism operates very smoothly and quietly, and reclines further than the other couch. It has only been 3 months, but so far so good. We have recommended this couch and Coleman furniture to 3 different people since its purchase. 5 stars for comfort and quality.

Firm but comfortable sofa

Seats are firm but comfortable. Love the 2 reclining sides. Middle seat has a nice console/ table with extra beverage and charging station. Just wish the sofa was made of real leather, which I'm sure would increase the price. If the middle seat also reclined my family and I would like it even more. Otherwise great deal for the price.

Affordable and Great Quality

This recliner was delivered much earlier than expected. The delivery men were professional and well put together. The recliner is so beautiful, comfortable and affordable. The quality of this piece is great. Coleman Furniture had the best pricing and with the free shipping and in home delivery, you can't beat them. I would definitely purchase from Coleman again. Very happy customer!

Beautiful and PRICE is GREAT.

Just received this gorgeous couch. We love it! The sitting is wonderful as well. Love all these features too. The rest was awesome, as I have never had one before. Everything arrive in great shape. With not one problem. The guys that delivered was very professional. Didn’t take 30 minutes for them to set it up and place the couch where I wanted it. I am more IMPRESS with PRICE. I save several hundred of dollars from Coleman Furniture. I would do it all over again. My locate furniture wanted way more than I paid. They also don’t deliver, you pick up yourself. We I like the service on someone else handling everything.
