Bad Design
Very uncomfortable design. The headrest protrudes way past back rest and it feels like you have no back support.

Wonderful, extremely well made and comfortable sofa. It looks gorgeous in our house. Very happy with my purchase. I did purchase the service contract because of the power operation, and that gives me great peace of mind. Also had Ashley deliver and set up. Their people were super nice. I bought the oversized recliner too. So glad I found this set.

Almost a loved keeper
The back seat is very tall. I only got this couch because the other, similar gray couch was on back order and then canceled. I do appreciate the arm rests being fluffy soft. Why is the back so tall?!
Walmart customer services is terrible
