1stop bedrooms customer service was top-notch. All questions and issues were handled immediately and resolved. Very impressed with 1stop bedrooms as an e-commerce site. The white-glove delivery service (out of the control of 1stop bedrooms) was a different issue. I purchased white-glove delivery and the delivery service only had one person who could lift. This was a 3-piece powered set. We had to call in friends to help carry the furniture in and then we had to set up the items.

Work well and looks good. Cushions get soft quickly, but all couches must be similar

We decided to replace our 2 recliners with this loveseat and we love it! It's soft, comfortable, and exactly as the measurements indicate. I was really worried about purchasing without the ability to sit in it, but we are very happy with the loveseat.
