Odor and lights do not work

When the tree arrived, we realized that there were pieces missing and there is no way to plug the lights in. We had to spend an additional $20.00 to purchase separate lights to put on the tree. I spoke with a sales associate at Walmart about the missing parts and he was just acting like I was wild and repeated that the tree comes with the lights. I repeated to him that the lights are like um.... missing.... parts . In addition, I'd like to note that the tree smells like excrement (feces, it smells like poop). We don't recommend, which is really sad because I was hoping this would be an okay-ish tree. Uhg things suck now, am I right?

Cute lights, not very full

The lights are cute and plentiful but the fullness you see in the photo is not reality. The branches are a weird mix of flexible metal core that you can bend and fluff, and rubberized green branches that can’t move. It leaves a lot of gaps and holes. But it was only $120 so you do get what you pay for. We will likely replace this tree next year

Good value

I'm very happy with the look of this tree. It's a little wobbly, but looks really nice. I got it on sale and feel like I will save a lot of money not buying a real tree for the next few years. It takes a long time to fluff, but looks very nice when done. Next year I will add more lights, not that it needs it. But I will do it as I set it up, not after fluffing.

Nice Pre-lit 8ft Costway Christmas tree!

I was shocked when we put the tree together bec it looked like a pencil and reminded me of a Charlie Brown tree! However, I'm so grateful to those people who wrote reviews saying similar things, but explained how important it is to spend the time to fluff it out! I spent about an hour bending every single branch out and "fluffed" it up and the tree came out nice!!! You must take the time to do this or else the tree looks hideous! The lights in the middle weren't lighting rught away, but after playing with the wires and tightening them, the tree is actually really bright! I am still putting on my ornaments and decorating it now, but I'm really loving it! I paid $129, it was delivered in 3 days, and I would recommend you get it if you're hesitating. Just don't forget to Fluff!

This tree is stunning, like hotel lobby stunning, its full (yes it takes work to fluff out the tree) I've seen several reviews with complaints about fullness-tis tree is super full YOU JUSTHAVE TO DO THE WORK. I purchased a 8ft version and my ceilings are a little over 8 ft tall-the tree is just a little shorter than 8 ft. its' grand in statue, and very wide as well. This is a show stopping tree-the kind that when people walk in your home they are like WOW THATA HUGE AND BEAUTIFUL TREE. Get it. If it want worth it I'd say it- I dont waste money either. Cant beat the price- in stores this tree easily runs about $300 and up.

Great deal for a beautiful tree!

I am so happy with this tree! And at only $100 it's a steal! You do have to spend time fluffing it out. Took me a little over an hour to get it to where it looked full and even. So don't give up! After decorating it looks amazing! Like a much more expensive tree! I only had a six foot tree before that was much more sparse. I got the 7 foot tree and it's a perfect height for my apartment! Highly recommend!

Worth every penny!

This tree was such a great purchase! I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a taller and fuller tree for a while and I’ve been going back and forth between different trees and this one came out so perfect! Yes, you have to actually spend time fluffing it to give it the full effect and have little holes but when it comes w lights and pine cones already, it makes for less work in the end! So happy w my purchase and for making my home extra christmassy and cozy feeling!

Not like the picture

This tree is very flimsy, not full at all. Lights only placed at the end of the branches. Different material used for end of branches in a plastic material. Very dissatisfied. I guess that is why they don’t carry it in the store and can only be bought on line. Fast shipping though. 😊

I spent a very long time fluffing each individual branch after reading reviews. I wanted it to look the best it possibly could. The branches individually LOOK nice and the lights are easy to connect however it is still SO BARE. I can stick my arm in all the way through the middle of the tree to the other side ALL OVER the tree and it wouldn’t touch a single branch. Highly disappointed in how bare it is. The price was decent enough, I decided to keep it but I would recommend paying a little more for a heartier tree.

Delightfully Surprised at the Quality!

I wanted an artificial tree that had little pine cones on it. This tree is surprisingly full and quite attractive. On first use it drops a lot of needles (almost like a real tree) but it was no big deal. Some of the little branches are not very strong so be careful of what you hang on them. The next morning I had 3 or 4 ornaments on the floor that had fallen off. I realized what was going on so just be mindful of the strength of the branch you hang the ornament on. I'm in my mid 60's and put the 7' tree together by myself. I love how they did the lights with the unobtrusive wiring system that easily plugs in together. I put it up on some wooden wine boxes to elevate it up off the floor and that worked great! This tree was perfect for our needs!

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I can't even love this tree as much as I do. Some people are picky and this tree is beautiful, our old tree could leave tiny cuts in your fingers even when fluffing! this tree is a huge improvement you can fluff without getting stabbed. and it. is full at first I thought it would be sparse but once fluffed it is gorgeous . One thing, I wish it had an option to make the lights twinkle. There instruction manual has no Information on twinkling lights... However it was pretty self explanatory for set. up. They have pictures and ribbons that connect the lights . It is much taller and wider than I expected. It is a good tree, I hope we can continue to use it for at least a few years. Most Christmas trees are disposable after a couple of years unless you pay hundreds of dollars. This one looks like you spent hundreds but it is very affordable. Also you can hook your Amazon Smart plug into it and tell alxexa to shut it off. It is worth the money and don't let the reasonable price fool you. It is worth more than what I paid.

BUY, BUY, BUY!!!

I am beyond happy with this tree! First, it's HUGE! And very full! If you are stuck on a 9ft like I was this tree is the way to go. The way it falls and pine cones give it a very real look. I love that the branches aren't so much of that stiff, plastic-y material and more of the classic garland type material. I noticed with some of the more plastic trees when the trees are not lit up they tend to look a little greyish and drab which I do not like - the material this tree is made of is more of that garland type crinkly greenery so even when the lights are out it still looks very much a dark, pretty green. Which brings me to the LED lights - OMG! they are tiny (in a good way!) which almost makes them look that much more delicate and peaceful. I just cannot get over how excited I am about this tree - even my 6 yo daughter was like "why do you keep smiling? why are you so happy?". I guess I really wanted like a 9ft tree this Christmas and was so bummed thinking I couldn't afford one of so many others on different sites and stores easily for over $200/$250 and so now that I finally found, purchased and received this one I truly couldn't be happier! BUY, BUY, BUY! Merry Christmas everyone!

Beautiful tree

I was very happy with this purchase. I did have one minor issue, a small rod was missing that held up one of the branches but I was able to improvise, and correct this. The directions are not helpful, but it is not hard to set up a tree. It comes with 4 tree parts plus the stand. It took time to fluff up the branches and arrange the pine cones, but overall it is a nice, tall tree and wide and once you fluff up the branches a very full tree.I do not have any empty spaces. its completely full. I do have some tweaks I need to make at the top and bottom. The lights are all positioned on the front of each tree branch. There are NO lights on the inside of the tree. However, once you arrange the tree, you do not need them on the interior portion.I purchased this for our office, we have heavy foot traffic all day long and many people thought that this was a real tree at first glance. I have not had any negative feedback on the presentation of the tree. Everything has been positive. Beautiful tree, love the pine cones and where did I purchase this and for how much. I did purchased this on sale for 139.00 and this was a bargain deal. Just remember, you have to fuss with the branches. I did one level at a time starting with the bottom, once the bottom was full, I then placed the next portion of the tree on and positioned those branches. Its a beauty!!
