Corners were scuffed, but I was able to clean them up. Worked well for a pocket door installation. Check the packaging well at pick up.

Ordered 3 doors, all three arrived damaged

Ordered three doors. One came with a patch-up work done at the bottom, second one was scratched through the package and the third arrived with a cracked panel. The HD service team offered options but it is still very disappointing to hire a contractor only to discover this happening. I also doubt the quality of the “solid core” it sounds like cardboard

I had a Home Depot recommended installer complete the job. He did a fantastic job! Product is excellent.

Nice doors

The door is beautiful and came without any damage. Only issue was the smell. The chemical odor was so strong and still is there after over a week. It has lessen significantly but it was a lot to endure. I bought some baking soda and it helped alot

Damaged

Door arrived damaged. Had planned to get more and use throughout entite house, but not anymore.

Very nice door. We had to trim 1/4” off both sides and it fit perfect and operates as if it were prehung. Plan on buying several more. I live in a 1965 home and NONE of the doors are standard size so I have to trim every new door - ugh!!

I expected better product for the price I paid.

Door came with a crack in the middle of the door which probably happen during shipment. Since that side of the door was not seen, I reluctantly kept it so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning the door

After receiving a damaged door, Home Depot replaced it without issue. The replacement door is of high quality and looks very nice in my pocket door application

I paid for shipping to my door but it was left at someone else's door and not near mine. I feel as though I was "robbed" by paying for delivery to my door.

Doors met expectations and look good with a very nice primer coating. However the first delivery company left two doors on a skid at the end of our driveway and never even rang our door bell. We didn’t know they were there. The second delivery company driver, of UPS, rang our door bell and placed the much larger portion of the order in our garage. First delivery rating is 0 and the second delivery rating is 5!

These doors were listed as solid wood, but they were engineered wood! Bad specifications! When searching for solid wood that implies NON-ENGINEERED materials (MDF). Would suggest that HD go back through their doors and other products and make a concerted effort to disclose ENGINEERED WOOD from Solid Wood Products.

So far so good! My carpenter did some adjustments to each door so they’ll fits in my old door frame.

Door was a perfect fit for the frame. Blemish free and solid primer base. Installation was a breeze. Great door, would buy again and the price was very fair.
