it looks good but the cold side water has a bad taste. i have had for a few weeks and have tried running the water flushing it but, the chemical taste continues. i am hopping the manufacture will see this post and off some solutions.

I love this faucet and was happy that I was able to purchase another one from Home Depot and get it so quickly. My only complaint is that I had to replace it after only 8 years. I had fixtures for 29 years in my previous home that never needed replacing, and they were very standard fixtures. We were surprised that this one had to be totally replaced so soon. It had to be the same to match the other one in my bathroom and powder room. I prbly should have ordered 2 more.

Great faucet

I love this faucet. I wanted one that was higher up, giving more space between the bottom of the tap and the sink. I also like that it swivels side to side to help rinse the sink. It was affordable and I’m really happy with it.

My daughter and I found it easy to install. It looks great, functions perfectly, and cleans up easily. I was pleasantly surprised to realize the spout swivels so we can move it out of the way if needed. It was worth the extra price over the cheaper brands for ease of installation and seamless fit with my existing Delta stopper (so that I didn't have to pry out the existing ring). My other Delta faucets are twenty years old so I anticipate twenty+ years from this one.

Bought this on clearance as it is an older, discontinued model. Install was easy, works like it is supposed to. Taps are a little cheap, so you have to watch when you use them and the faucet does show prints and splashes, so be prepared for that.

I am a little concerned that after installion the handles were not as fixed in place (rigid) and didn't fit in direct contact with the base, leaving a very small space to accumulate water, soap or whatever? The handles can be rocked back and forth a bit

This does NOT come with a pop up drain

I just purchased 2 of this faucet to replace a double vanity in my master bathroom. The box seems to imply that this comes with a push button pop-up drain, but it is the LEVER style. Boxing this back up and returning it. The levers corrode and fail causing leaks. They should label it more clearly on the box.

Looks great and works great. Only draw back is the handles squeak when turning the faucet off and on over time. This is the third one I have bought in the last 4 years. I like the swivel faucet so I can wash my hair easier in the sink. Or fill the humidifier tank.

bought to replace old Delta faucet. feeling side by side you can tell this isn't as good of quality as the old one, still it's better than the cheaper brands. install was easy. I took out the water restrictor because I can decide for myself how much flow I want. it functions well and the swiveling neck is nice. it's easy to clean and doesn't stain from toothpaste, soap or shaving cream. I'd buy again to replace other faucets.

Decent Entry for a Delta

I have had this faucet for approximately 4 yrs. The aerator. (spout screen) wore out pretty quick, But Delta replaced it at no cost to me. For us this faucet is just fine and we are happy with it for the most part,, it's just a little pricey for what it is! My only other two complaint is the nickel finish has worn off or chipped in a couple spots already, just from cleaning! but we are moving and that will be the next owners problem! But I will buy it again for our new place because of the design and the customer service I got with replacing the aerator (spout screen), Complaint number two is why wouldn't you identify the handles Hot and Cold, I mean really did it cost that much? Was that much of a savings for the share holders not to identify the handles Hot and Cold?? Was it that much of a hassle in production? For the cost it should have these identifiers!

Not as Delta quality should be

I bought this for an extra bath we have. The gasket between the flange and the sink basin leaked through the threads, no matter how many times I adjusted it. Not to mention the assembly was all plastic. I eventually replaced the whole assembly with an aftermarket metal drain assembly. Not what I would expect of a Delta product.

Poor Quality

Just installed two of these in my bathroom. The faucet looks nice but the quality is just not there. The handles wobble because of the plastic and the lift rod, not sure what they were trying to do with this but it is awkward and was hard to get lined up. for me this was the hardest part of the installation. I believe these will have to be replaced in a few years but we'll see.

This faucet was perfect for our bathroom sink installation. The appearance is perfect and the quality is quite good. Installing the drain operator rod was a bit tricky,but it works very well and we are very pleased with it.

Happy with functionality but it always looks dirty

We replaced our old faucet with this Delta Porter. It was weird to see that the spout can be moved to the side. A little scary at first, but it actually has some value. Flow is good. Faucet turns smooth. Only challenge is that it always has water spots on it and it's not easy to clean since there is little space in between handles and faucet. It is a little darker than my old faucet. perhaps that's why every drop shows.

It works, and it looks nice...

...but I don't think it will be very durable in the long run. The handles in particular are much less sturdy than those on the Delta faucets that were originally installed in my house. While the handles turn smoothly and don't leak, both have a distinct wobble, despite tightening of the setscrews. There's also a noticeable gap between the faucet base and the bottom of each handle. Delta's support has been less than helpful on this matter, dismissively telling me to just tighten the setscrews again. Fortunately, this faucet is installed in a location that doesn't see heavy use. (I would also like to note that my local Home Depot had the display model of this faucet mounted too high for me to touch it before purchase.)

I have purchased Delta in the past for other rooms and they have worked out great. I would recommend delta the price range is mid range to other prices and it is a great product.

After paying a professional plumber to install this, it was found that the faucet had an internal leak. After discussing with several different plumbers, it was discovered that Home Depot buys "seconds" or "refurbished" faucets and sells them as new. This cost me a 2nd installation charge from my plumber, plus water damage to the bathroom cabinet and ceiling tiles in the basement. Additional costs that I could not afford. I will never buy another faucet from Home Depot again!

I bought three of these. After installing one, I returned te other two. The rod that you pull to close the drain goes through a hole in the base. So if you spill water on the base it leaks through the hole and under the sink. Not sure how Delta doesn't understand this after being in the business for so long.

I just installed this item and all went well except for the drain lever does not quite fit perfectly into the center hole of my sink cutout. I had to push my faucet forward as much as it would go, and fuss with the drain lever quite a bit to get it to work just right. The reason being is, this faucet swivels, so the drain lever doesn't go straight down, it is bent on an angle. I eventually got it to work properly. Also, just an FYI, the faucet does extend a bit further into the center of the sink than a standard faucet does. All in all, I think I will be happy with this faucet. I would recommend.

Great faucet with swivel. Installed well. Only complaint is the diffuser on the nozzle is too strong and the water has trouble getting out and even when I tighten the connection to the faucet, it leaks out the top of the diffuser assembly. I just removed the diffuser and all is well.
