Although the heater was not as powerful as expected, for my application, Radtech helped find a solution and solved the issue Customer service was a win for sure!!
Waste of money
Heaters put out almost no heat. Very poor choice of heater for the money spent.
Huge waste of Money
These heaters DO NOT work as sold. They heat virtually nothing. They are sold being able to heat 70 sq ft in an exposed outdoor space (according to their own literature), which is 100% false. Having paid for 2 heaters and a new electrical service and trying to heat a space roughly 70 sq ft, these heaters provide almost no heat. DO NOT waste your money here. Company had extremally poor customer service (none) when asked to help with a solution. Very disappointing as they actually look nice. Tough to justify a nice-looking heater that provides no heat through.

We're really happy with our purchase. The heater we got keeps us and our kids warm when we hang out in the backyard. We're glad we bought it!
An awesome heater!
I was on the fence to spend the money, but I am glad I did. I have had the heater for a while now and its working just as well as the day it arrived.
Bought on a whim
I bought this on a whim, never thinking I had a need for an outdoor heater. This heater proved that wrong. I use it all the time and it is worth it.
Couldn't be happier!
As the title will tell you, we couldn't be happier with this purchase. Our kids and their friends spend a ton of time in our backyard now hanging out and the heater keeps them nice and warm.
Unrealistic for home consumer
Ordered 2 to fit space. Never would have guessed from product description that it would take 4 breakers in my electrical panel and $3k to install. When I pointed that out, I had to pay $216 to ship back plus they charged me for original shipping (which was "free") and a restocking fee. This product is totally misleading. It should say "commercial use" only!!!
