We converted our Garage into a wine room. These barn doors were the final touch. They look even better in person. Very happy with this purchase.

First off you need to know (because it is not made clear in the description) that you have to assemble the doors!! Yup, they come boxed in planks and you have to lay them out in a large flat place (we did ours on our wood floor) and then screw the "Z" brace on. You definitely need a power drill to assemble or you could be assembling these doors forever!! There are lots of screws that go into this assemble, but once you get the hang of it, the second door goes really fast. You don't need the clamps as indicated, nor would we recommend assembling them on saw horses. A flat large space is definitely better even though you are bending over. Okay, with that part said, the doors look very nice and nice wood is used, and we were excited to get them hung. The hardware is sturdy and well made and they fit perfectly over the wide opening I wanted doors on. They hide an alcove off our dining room that we have made into my office space. Lots of clutter. Need to hide it at times. These doors work great and complement the "rustic" look we have to our great room/dining room in our Colorado home .

Looks kind of unfinished. I had to go buy some fasteners because they sent threaded Allen screws, but the bars just had drilled holes instead of threaded. I think the doors will be fine once they are installed

The product match what was displayed online. i removed my closet and bathroom doors and replaced with these barn doors The PROs the material is great and worth the price and makes the room look larger No Cons I would recommend to a friend.

Bought these barn doors to lead into our master bed room on the main floor. They look beautiful and function as expected. We hired a handy man to hang them for us and he didn’t seem to have any issues during the work. Felt as though these doors gave our hallway an instant upgrade!

It's not as solid as expected and the boards are warped, even after redoing and turning them over a few times. I would not recommend or buy this. I knew it came in pieces but I thought it would be higher quality based on the other reviews. I recommend spending more for better doors.

Do NOT purchase these doors. I am a professional contractor and these doors took me 8 1/2 hours to install. The directions are very vague and the measurements they provide are inaccurate. The parts were precut to the wrong size and the necessary hardware was missing. Once I finally got them hung both doors were warped. I ended up completely rebuilding the doors and using only the track.

The final product looks good from a distance, but it's got some serious flaws. I'm being generous with my rating because the hardware is pretty solid. First, the materials you have to assemble are not all cut consistently. An amateur like me would never have multiple components of anything 1/8 off and these doors each had a couple, including width and length. A little trimming and being conscious of which ends will match helps. My biggest beef is the wood is a bit warped. The final hanging doors to not meet at their joint when perfectly plumb. I did manage to adjust to make the vertical meet, but the bow in the left door has it flush at the top and in front of the right by about half an inch.

The instructions are vague to install the hardware, but once installed, it worked great. I had the doors assembled at Home Depot and they are disproportionate. The middle boards were placed the same direction and when the doors are closed, they don’t line up.

This is it. This is the item that makes me delete my wayfair account. This item is complete junk. VERY cheap materials, especially the particle board panels. The entire unit is wobbly and not sturdy whatsoever. Wayfair has been on a pretty steady decline lately and this piece of 'furniture' perfect personifies that.

Definitely love the final look of everything however the color said and showed a deep shiny brown and we got more of a blackishgray brown. Looks nothing like the picture. And the directions are just pictures, which you would think would’ve been easy to follow. Nope. I need words. Overall they are a pretty good looking set of doors and the hardware is pretty. Had to buy extra wood to mount the rails on cause our house is older and the stud placement is all over the place. Bought some door handles and love they way came out. Perfect for the entrance to the soon to be man-cave. Happy with my purchase!

These double barn doors and hardware are a good purchase. The slats assembled with ease and the holes were pre-drilled. We finished the wood before assembly to ensure all surfaces received finish. However, we did have one slat that warped when it was finished but once all the pieces were assembled, the door was good to install and operated just fine. If you are on a budget for your remodel and barn doors are one of your "must-haves", then these doors will be perfect! You will see the screws but you can plug them or paint them before you assemble the door to make them less conspicuous.

I put these downstairs in a basement room that had windows but no door. They look great and make the whole room and the downstairs look very updated. They Slide very easily and do not take up that much room on the wall. They look good open or closed. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

These are horrible quality. The boards were warped and not even and extremely hard to get together. Once together, they aren’t straight so when you close the doors, there’s a gap. They’re thin and rough...I get it’s supposed to be rustic, but it’s not worth having that look for what you pay for. For us they aren’t just a decorative accent. Plus, the directions were absolutely awful. I’m attempting to return these.

When we opened the box all of the vertical tongue and groove slats came from a poor grade of lumber. They were warped so badly and on most pieces they had up to (7) knots on each board. The doors couldn’t be assembled since they were warped and cracking from the poor grade of lumber. The stain was so thin it looked like it was fogged painted with a can of black spray paint. A big disappointment since the doors we’re over 800 for the pair.

These doors are dark. They look beautiful up. But if you want perfect wood, look elsewhere. There seems to be knicks and blemishes, BUT it is rustic my husband tells me. I did cover some of the knicks with dark wood polish. But all in all very nice looking. Not all the nails came. Had to go to hardware store to complete set up.

The doors are not the best quality and the kit is difficult to assemble. Some of the boards were damaged and had to be repaired. As well if there is any trim around the entry where the doors are installed, they will not slide properly and may not get past the trim. My contractor had to add a board across the entire width of the door above my trim in order for them to move properly. The plus is that they are relatively inexpensive compared to other kits that I viewed. If you are patient and willing to put in more time and effort to install, then these doors will meet your needs. The finish is not exactly as pictured so that as well was a little disappointing. On the upside, after they were installed the overall look was nice. I plan to paint stencils on each door to camaflouge some of the flaws in the stain ( brush marks ) and enhance the look of the doors.

I hate to leave poor reviews, but the quality is just poor at best. The stain is heavily brush marked and clearly not wiped after. Some places are missing stain all together. I actually just purchased these so I wouldn't have to stain them. I can't fix them without sanding them down. On sale this was a good deal comparatively, if I was to do it again I would buy them unfinished and stain them myself.
