Unfortunately, poor quality

We did a lot of research and looking before we bought this couch. We were very excited when we received it. We loved the look and it is very comfortable. However, a little over a month of owning it, the outside coating of the cushion started peeling. We have this couch in our spare sitting room. It is hardly used. Bed, Bath, and Beyond won't do anything so we are waiting on the protection plan response. Thankfully we purchased it. It's unfortunate the quality is not what we were expecting.

Good furniture

We like it. Fits our space perfectly. - I did pay for room of choice, and they wouldn't deliver because the couch was already assembled. I think it may have been a floor model. I had to take it apart, and reassemble. Instructions that were still attached talked about the proper way to assemble, so we got the bonus of it being put together, but had to take apart and reassemble. It was pretty easy however , and the delivery person was helpful in telling me how to do it. If you do have a tight spot being able to have it in 3 pieces is helpful. Found this at Ashley for $300 more. Full recline doesn't take much space behind. I'm 6' and my feel do hang off a bit, but it's still very comfy. Comes with USB plugs, in the fold down center. - Sorry no photos, I get an error when trying to upload.
