Received a tree that was not in new condition

I received a tree that was not in new condition. The box was had visibly been opened and taped shut with a lot of tape. Upon opening the box everything was out of place and wires were unwrapped.

Arrive on time and for the price is exactly as described. I highly recommend if you want to put up for the every occasion holiday takes no space. Just to be in the mood and relaxing just put it by the corner some lights and enjoy the day or evening or just sit by and relax having a nice cup of coffee. I highly Reccomend.

[Rewarded Review] Not as Realistic Looking as I Thought it Would Be

The tree did not look as realistic when I received it. It looked more realistic in the photo. Other than that, the tree was okay. I was looking to upgrade and it wasn't what I thought it would be like.

After buying and returning multiple trees, from numerous styles and companies to try and find a full tree with a sufficient amount of lights, I am very satisfied with this one. The number of small branches on each drop down branch helps this tree look full and natural. Even with it being a pencil, it has more than enough lights and plenty of room around and underneath for gifts. It fit in my hallway perfectly! I will be sticking with National Tree Company for future tree purchases.

Spectacular value for money

My first artificial tree. Never going back. Feels incredibly full and works perfectly in a smaller, city apartment. Set up and looking good in less than 30 minutes.

Very disappointing tree

This tree arrived 5 days later than expected, in a box that was very beat up, appeared to have been opened and retaped. The tree was not at all what I ordered as described in the website description, overview, and specs. What was received did not match the description in the least. I am beyond impressed with this tree! It is beautiful and perfect for our space. It was easy to assemble and I love the shape of the tree. It is not a pencil tree, but just a slim tall version that I am in love with : )

Perfect pre lit 9 ft pencil tree!

I bought this tree last minute, the 9 ft pre-lit, and it literally shipped the same day and arrived the next day at my home! I was shocked! We put it up and it was beautiful! The perfect pencil-like tree. The lights are bright. If you fluff it right, the tree will look full! Here is a before and after pic! Don't hesitate and buy it!

Great for 1 year…

We ordered 3 of these pencil trees for Christmas 2020. They all arrived in great condition and worked throughout our 1st Christmas of owning them. After taking them out of their boxes for Christmas 2021, only 1 tree has fully functional lights. 2 out of 3 trees have 2 rows of lights that are out. We trouble shot the bulbs and the wiring through out the tree is the issue. We will be adding strings of lights to the trees that are not working. I am disappointed with the electrical quality of this tree.

Pre-lit tree may not be the way to go

I purchased this tree a couple months ago in anticipation of the Christmas season. I just got it out and set up so find one of the 2 strands of lights on the bottom section didn’t work. I found an exposed wired and bulb broken right off the strand from its base. Very disappointing! I knew I should have gone with an unlit tree!

If anyone knows where you can purchase a pencil/slender 9' artificial tree withe the connection hidden in the pole, it would be greatly appreciated! I will use this tree until zi can find a 9' pencil with auto connect for a reasonable price!

[Rewarded Review] Best Christmas Tree Ever

Everyone commented on how much they loved the tree. I loved the fact that it was pre-lit which freed up a great deal of time normally fighting with strings of tangled lights, and that the lights were so evenly spaced. It fits very nicely into a corner which freed up space for more seating. Tree was easily assembled. It does take some time to position the branches, but well worth it because you can create various size spaces to fit a variety of different sizes of ornaments which allows the tree to look nice and full but not over-crowded. The tree looks very natural. Some asked at what tree farm we were able to find such a narrow, well-shaped tree. My husband, who normally takes little notice other than to say "looks nice" when asked about the tree, has commented numerous times on how much he likes this tree. My decision to go with an artificial tree for the first time was based on allergies and the sadness of taking a home/shelter/food source away from so many critters. The bonus is that my youngest cat has not knocked the tree down despite numerous trips into the tree looking for the rocking horse ornament of which he seems to have a distinct dislike.

After a lengthy inspection we found 2 strands of wires completely disconnected at a union. This left 2 parts of the tree with a serious electrical hazard. Open circuits with bare ends.

Initially thought that something wasn't plugged in properly, but we looked at it several times and could not find anything not plugged in, the lights just didn't work. The tree is not very full, and the black metal joints where the branches connect to the tree trunk are quite visible. There is no way the tree we received could possibly look like the tree in the photo above. Also, the lights did not seem to have been wrapped very carefully.
