Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tree. It was easy to assemble- 1 person can do the job. It took quite awhile to fluff out the branches but when it was finished it looked better than I imagined. It looks real, decent amount of lights and the stand is sturdy

I am beyond happy with this tree. I did so much research on faux trees and decided to go with this one, and I’m so glad I did! It takes a LONG time to fluff it, and make sure you look up how to do it correctly. When it’s fluffed how it’s supposed to be, it is so realistic and full. The needles look authentic, too- not that fake looking plastic look. I can’t wait to dress it with ornaments! This is a great tree.

I have been searching for a new Christmas tree for several months and have not been pleased with the new trend in what I call "plastic branches". I don't like the feel or the look up close. I did find the material I liked on another sellers site, but did not want to pay well over $1000. I ordered this tree from Wayfair, as I have had positive experiences with Wayfair purchases in the past. This purchase, too, has been positive. The tree arrived this week, and while I have not put it up as of yet, I was pleased with the branch fabric and we tested the lights and all worked. I am looking forward to putting up this tree soon. Also, it fell within my budget.

Couldn't be happier! This tree is perfect. It was so easy to connect and is absolutely full and lush. It did take about three hours to fluff but worth it. The 1000 warm lights truly make this tree a stunner.

Bright, beautiful huge! The tree comes in four sections, the bottom, two bottom sections are heavy and required 2 people to break it down after Christmas. Bought this tree for a great price on Black Friday. First artificial tree in about 10 years and it is beautiful. Took a while to fluff but fills out so nicely and well lit. 10/10 recommend!

The tree is exactly as described within height and diameter. I love the volume of fill, unlike other trees from other stores that appear empty and need more branches. I loved the incandescent lights from which are more warm than the bright LED lights. The tree was easily ordered through Lowe’s website and delivered to store. A Lowe’s associate assisted with loading the tree into my vehicle. I was extremely happy with my purchase from the quality of product and service.

The top part of the tree does not light up

We received the tree and it is beautiful. However, after putting the entire thing together and plugging it in, we noticed the top part of the tree was not working. We even tried replacing the fuse and checking the light bulbs.

A very nice tree for the price. It looks good and has good spacing in the branches. They leave a little gap so the ornaments are more visible on the tree. The branches and needles have a realistic look. Much better than other trees we saw in the store, which looked very plastic. It is easy to install and connect the lights. This is replacing a balsam hill tree that I for four years, where now most of the lights no longer work. I think this tree is nearly equivalent at 1/2 the price. Most trees that you get come so tightly packed in the box, that once the tree has been used and (Fluffed) it no longer fits back into the box. Not the case with this tree. you can reuse the box for storage.

Just like reviews said, this does take about 2 hours to fluff. A few areas of the tree are still a bit sparse and could use more branches. A few lights were burnt out already upon initial set up. Overall happy with it now that it’s decorated

Lights out when we received it

I liked the ease of assembly of the tree. I was disappointed that the tree didn’t seem to be as full a the picture looked. But, the more frustrating part was that 1/2 a strand of lights was out when we assembled it. We changed fuses and it still wasn’t fixed. We will be returning the tree.

Kind of disappointed. So many positive reviews that I don't really understand. After fluffing for over an hour it still looks sparse. You can see right through the branches. It's also very rough and scratchy so fluffing was painful. It looks fake and doesn't even have a remote for the lights. I would have returned but with sending it back I would have received less than a 20% refund.

This is the second 9' artificial tree that I have purchased from Joss and Main. It is identical to the first one I bought about four years ago and equally as fabulous. I bought the same tree again, not because the original tree has an issue. But, because I have been so pleased with the first one, and I wanted to replace one of my other trees. I usually put up two trees each year. Please note that I generally wear gloves and long sleeves and set aside at least 2 -3 hours to fully fluff the tree. I do not hang the ornaments on the tree until the next day.

Christmas Tree Review

The tree has a pretty shape but after spending a significant amount of time fluffing out every branch of the tree, it still had many gaping holes in it. It is definitely not as full as it looks in the picture. The top section of the tree did not have as many lights on the front facing side so I had to rotate it around so that the side with more lights faced the front. The branches on the bottom layer of the tree are not as sturdy as the rest of the tree. They hang down too low thus creating even more gaping holes. IMO, this tree is not worth the money.

Fluffing the branches is an understatement! Wide gaps in branches which can only be remedied with big ornaments and big garland. Oh, and the 1000 lights are not attached to branches but spider webbed in each section… frustrating two hours of assembly. Will pack this one up after Christmas and donate to Restore

This. Tree. Is. AMAZING!!!! I splurged and got a 9’ tree. It was well worth the money. This tree is beautiful. Took me a solid 3 hours of fluffing. But at 5.5’…a 9’ tree was a bit challenging! Now that it’s fluffed and has the star on, I am in love. So so happy with this purchase!

I got this tree on sale last year. I wanted a tall tree for my new home. I didn’t quite think it through with how tall my ceiling was but it worked out. It met my expectations. It came in a decent sized box but it’s bulky when you take it down. I got from wayfair the

I was looking for an 8-9 ft. tree that didn't cost a fortune for our new home. I found this one and ordered it at the last minute. There were only 4 left in stock. It arrived earlier than expected, in perfect shape. The first thing we did was make sure all the lights worked BEFORE we put it all together. There was a small section at the top that wasn't working, but my husband discovered that it was just a loose bulb. I had him put the tree together, and I thought OMG, this is NOT the same tree that is in the pics on Wayfair! It looked like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. You could see right through it!! I tried to start fluffing, but I'll admit I was overwhelmed by the size of this tree! I've never had a tree this large before. I decided to go to the Internet and I searched for "How to Fluff a tree." There were all kinds of videos and advice on how to fluff trees (who knew?!?) It said to fluff it in sections, so I had my husband take the tree apart again (sorry about that honey! LOL), and started to fluff from the bottom. It took me two full evenings to get the whole tree fluffed, but IT WAS SO WORTH THE TIME!!! This tree is GORGEOUS!!!!! It looks just like the picture! I am so thankful that I was able to get this tree, and at such an awesome price! We've had so many compliments on the tree and I love looking at it!! prelit multicolored clear lights are not colored

The tree is beautiful BUT it was listed under multi color lights. When i ordered the tree on the website, i chose 8-9 feet and colored lights. the tree i ordered says multicolored clear lights, but it is listed under colored lights. we have always had a tree with colored lights. the tree was supposed to be here in time for our friends giving, but arrived a week late. we spent an hour putting it together before realizing that the lights are not multicolored!! again the tree is beautiful, but for over $500 it should be!
