Nice big whisk

This is a nice whisk that accomplishes most tasks well. Wish I could still get the narrower version, sometimes called a French whisk. It fits better in saucepans. Guess I will have to baby my old one to keep it going as long as possible

Breaks apart

The handle and loops are held together by friction, with a shockingly small friction surface. Anything more strenuous than whisking a bowl of eggs will rip this thing apart.

Useful size

I wanted a slightly smaller whisk than my previous one and this is a very useful size, with a comfy handle/grip and substantial whisk wires. Perfect size for whisking up eggs in a half litre pyrex jug, which it did quickly and effortlessly.

Tiny and poorly made

Broke in half on first use. Snapped at base of whisk when whisking a batter. Ordered online, turns out it's much smaller than a balloon whisk! But also expected to be sturdier

I bought two for myself and I love this little whisk so much I've started buying them for family members as gifts so that I have one available to use when visiting them. Perfect for all small whisking jobs, especially scrambled eggs, pancake batter, gravy and much more. Far more efficient than a fork or trying to use a big whisk to mix in a small bowl or saucepan. Highly recommended.

Would recommend

I have never used a smaller whisk before but I have no regrets. I think these are a great size for beating eggs for one or two people. I'm also a big fan of the soft touch handle.

Silicone-coated whisk is a winner

Love this silicone-coated whisk from OXO! It's gentle non-stick pans and works like a charm. No scrtches after months of use. Great addition to my kitchen tools collection.

Whip n whisk the little things in life

I have the big version of this whisk which is awesome for bowl mixing, but when I need to just whip up something small its too much. This little version fits in a mug, convenient for whisk an egg, indi idual portion recipe, mug cake. Works so well. Love it.

Best whisk for all sauces and wet dishes

These are best whisks, very strong build and a great side for cooking sauces and wet dishes. They cover all types of wet dish cooking. Great size for prepping dishes such a omelettes as well as baking

OXO 22cm hand whisk

Been looking for a smaller balloon whisk for a while and was delighted to find this one as my larger silicone whisk was too big for smaller quantities. It's an ideal size being nice and light for beating creams and eggs faultlessly with a very good grip handle and it's dishwasher safe too.

Perfect little whisk

Always been a big fan of oxo products and this one is no exception. I own three all the same size. Perfect for making salad dressings, marinades etc. I like the rubber handle which is non slip and comfortable. And it goes into the dishwasher without any problems. Highly recommended.

Very effective

The best whisk I have ever had. The handle is comfortable. It whisks really effectively and the whisk parts are spaced such that cleaning is easy. A little more expensive than other options but definitely worth the price difference.

Strong & sturdy whisk

This is a very durable and sturdy whisk. I am able to make mashed potatoes, meringue, and desserts/batters with ease because of this whisk! The handle is surprisingly ergonomic, so my hand doesn't cramp when I'm using it. #LoveItSweeps

A tool I didn’t realize I’d need so much

I’ve used the OXO balloon whisk and never thought to look for a less cumbersome one. My needs are simple but when I saw the two smaller sizes I had to get one of each. Love all my OXO products.

Whisk-y business

Did I roux the day I bought this product? I did not. Sometimes, when looking for items online, costs can balloon - but not here. This is an excellent whisk, and deserves all my os and xs and os.

Fell apart

The whisk fell off the handle and so I had to throw away - I tried to reconnect but it just fell off again. Poor design and only useful for very lightweight mixtures - I was using it for a pancake mix but that proved too much. Usually love OXO products so this was a big disappointment.

Excellent quality whisk

Well made and performs better than my cheap whisk. Easily took out sugar lumps when whisking dry ingredients. Feels like whisking is less laborious with this too. Nice feeling grip too.

Made Cheap

We brought this whisk to use over the Christmas period. First time we used it, it broke. The whisk itself comes away from the handle. Every time we place the whisk back on to the handle it comes away again. I personally wouldn't recommended.
