Nice little early reader

I had this one when I was a kid so it hit me right in the nostalgia. It's not a particularly attractive edition, but it's a cute story, with cute pictures. My son loves it.

Beautifully illustrated Book

This is a short book with gorgeous illustrations. It is also great for people who love black cats.

Bought this book for my youngest grandson , I first bought it in 1986 for my eldest son. From. Book club at school ,they both loved it

As a kindergarten teacher this us a great book for the children. Keeps them entertained, using their imagination to think about what is next plus it is funny.

This is a great book and richly illustrated. I bought it for my daughter when she was young. I have now bought it for my grandson who is about the age his mother was. I know she can't wait to read it again and again beside her son.

Excellent, and intriguing dark tale for little ones. Scary and exciting at the same time with a surprise at the end.

Pre schoolers will be riveted

A really useful book for quiet time with one child or children in a group setting. I like to dim the lights and use a torch. This book really promotes looking and listening and grabs children's attention.
