Please fix lid!

I have used this bottle for years and I love it except for one thing - the lid is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. The dishwasher doesn’t get it clean. Hand washing doesn’t get it clean. Taking out the little rubber gasket and scrubbing under it doesn’t get it clean. Somehow, the lid traps water in the rubber part that screws on to the bottle, which you can’t reach with a brush and means it doesn’t dry. So you get MOLD. It’s disgusting. I am considering buying a new lid because I like this bottle but I don’t want to reward a company for its poor design

i own this in cream and pink and i LOVE them, have used them for over 2 years. I have lot of WPs other bottles too. I would love if there was a mint pastel blue color of this!!!! WP has it for their ceramic mug, please make one for this too!!

Ceramic lined bottle

I love the look and quality of my ceramic lined insulated bottle. It keeps my tea hot for a long time and best of all there is no aftertaste in the tea. Very pleased with my order and how quickly it arrived. It was not my first time to purchase and won’t be my last.

Beautiful piece

Very cute. Exactly what I wanted environmentally

I got the white insulated bottle excited to order 2 more. My partner was trying to get their hands on this cup but I love it. Took it to the beach all day and it kept my drink cool the whole time. The white color looks very sleek

Water Bottle

Looks cute, but save your money. I originally bought for tea but that wasn’t working out well so I just use it as a spare water bottle now. Enamel at the top started chipping after use, not super easy to clean, and somehow retains the smell from other things that have been washed with it.

Love it

I am so happy with this bottle. The taste of coffee stays the same and that was the most important part for me. It also stays hot for a long time.

I absolutely adore this bottle!

This bottle is amazing! I can make a hot drink in the morning, and if I haven't finished it, it is still lovely and warm in the evening. I can make a big bottle of hot tea in the evening, and can sip on it all night. Still warm in the morning!! It is lovely to look at, and the texture makes for a good grip.

Great Insulated Bottle

I purchased the 16 oz. insulated bottle and it works great. It keeps the drinks very hot for many hours, is easy to clean and fun to look at.

Great travel mug... mostly

Keeps drinks hot or cold for a long time, and doesn't leave that weird taste stainless steel does! But for one, don't make the mistake I did and blend your matcha inside. Those tiny blender wands scratch off the ceramic coating.Anyway, the main issue is that, while this is definitely totally leakproof, which is amazing, the lid drips like CRAZY every time you take it off to drink from the cup. I mean it gets everywhere no matter how careful you are. And the lid is hard to clean :/ I would go for the other W&P travel mug with the flatter top instead of the rounded one. Or bring a towel with you everywhere.

Easily Unusable

I paid $40 for this and dropped it one time and now can't use it anymore. The ceramic coating inside is so thin that when if fell off my car, the ceramic chipped inside exposing the metal. Now every time I wash it more and more ceramic flakes off, I don't feel comfortable drinking from it anymore because who knows how much of the ceramic lining I'm ingesting.

the bottle keeps your coffee hot. so i like it. would buy again but the optional lid purchased is crap and i guess im stuck with it and cant return it.

So far so good

It's good, it keeps water cold all night long. I really like the ceramic because I don't like drinking from metallic cups and such.

Short lived love

I loved my cup. I dropped it and the paint or ceramic chipped on the inside. I paid $45 for it and was very disappointed that it was not more sturdy and come with a refund or exchange process. But I also was disappointed we pay so much for something not made here in US.

Very nice style, color, design

This would be the perfect bottle, if it held hot or cold liquids for a longer time. It did not keep the ice water cold for 24 hours like my other insulated bottle does. I do like that it is ceramic inside. Love the design, color, and feel of the bottle.

New favorite

I love this water bottle. It perfectly fits my needs of a small bottle that I can take around and fill with cold water or use to steep my tea. I also appreciate the material that coats the bottle which makes it very easy to grip and open, no matter how tightly I screw it closed. Very happy to have this bottle in my collection.

Would NOT recommend this at all!

I purchased one of these bottles and after two times, the rim was chipped and the cap stained. For the price of three bottles at almost $60 this didn't last as long as a simple $8 bottle from Muji did! I had that bottle for over a decade, unfortunately they no longer have them. Thus, I assumed I am investing in a good brand! I contacted support, explained in detail that I am not a reckless person and look after things very well, therefore this may very well have been a faulty item. Despite that I received a response stating that it's normal wear and tear and due to using a metal spoon which I hadn't actually used any spoon! So if this item with it's price tag wears after two times then I recommend rethinking your purchase!!!

Keeps beverage hot for hours.

Working in a Call Center I can only sip on my tea between calls. This is the only container I have found that keeps my tea hot for hours. I love it. I have 4 of them now to keep at home and in my car.

Kept my water hot overnight.!!

I wasn’t planing on leaving a review but I left this bottle at my office overnight and when I came in this morning, THE WATER WAS STILL HOT. I probably filled it around 11 am the day before. This insulation is the real deal. Plus it’s aesthetic, super easy to clean, and feels great to the touch.

Kept liquids hot, good as a back up

I wasnt sure how much id use the bottle since it didnt have a drinking spout but it came in handy when i wanted to take a second round of hot tea in the car with me.
