Really nice texture and pattern and colors and size. Working well for us. Only downside is the dog 🐕 peed on it.

This is a thick, well made rug at a great price, and it was delivered only a couple of days after I ordered it! The rug is even better in reality than in the pictures.

Not as advertised

I really liked the picture shown on the website and if the sample I ordered had shown up looking even remotely like the picture I would have purchased this rug. The sample is way darker and muddy looking and the design is far less detailed than the website picture. It's like the difference between something professionally printed versus something a kid colored in with crayons. I know the policy says "no returns" on the sample I paid $65 for but I felt it was so deceptive that I asked for my money back. Nobody ever got back to me. So I can only think that this is a little bit of a scam. Oddly, the backing of this rug looked like very good quality. The front looks like a hot-stamped mess that someone spilled something on. No way would I spend $2650 for this.

The rug I received looked

The rug I received looked just like the pictures. I would describe the colors as rich, but not too bold. The quality is excellent - very soft and think. I received the rug within a week of ordering. The experience was great - I am very pleased with my new rug!

Great experience

I had looked for just the right rug for months & knew this was it when I found it. I needed a 10 x 14 to run an electric cord beneath it & it was perfect. Love the colors, goes great with our recliners & our sofa & has many beautiful colors. It is thick & plush & laid perfectly flat!

It was a beautiful rug..

I returned last week the rugs as it was too dark, it was hard to tell from picture. It was a beautiful rug, arrived in a timely fashion. I am assuming the return will go smoothly. I saw rug that might be better but want to be sure I make the right choice. Icluding color palette helps any other recommendations. Thank you.

Great rugs, high quality, timely delivery

These guys are good - example: the pads come first. The shipment missed one of three pads. I went on the website and they quickly shipped the third. All arrived before the rugs and the rugs arrived in a timely manner. Our home looks awesome. Nice job gang

Not like it looks on-line.

Thick substantial rug; however, the colors aren’t attractive at all because they are so muted or faded looking. Sorry I bought it. Doesn’t look like the on-line picture at all. I did try the feature of seeing how it looked in the room but it really comes down to the lack of color vibrancy And misleading pics on-line.

Love, Love, my new rugs

I ordered two rugs from Incredible Rugs and Decor; the 5x7 and the half-moon, both for the entry area of my home. The colors were exactly as pictured (the larger had a more distinct color, as described on the website) and are both very plush under footing. Ordering was very easy and I received both on the same day within a week of ordering. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Ordered this sample to check the quality and color match. Arrive in a timely manner. The quality was very nice but the color was not right for our room. Ordered the same type of rug in a different color but have not received the rug.

Nice rug, but not burnt orange

This is a very nice, thick rug, but the color is not as described. It’s more of a dusty rose than a burnt orange.

Exactly as described

I was nervous about buying on line. I had another Surya rug I loved but had purchased at a furniture store. When I opened the rug I was very pleased. The colors are muted and will blend with my furniture and hard wood floors perfectly.
