Smells awful

It took me a year to figure out where this horrible chemical smell was coming from. I finally figured out it was the rug. As soon as I got rid of it my house smelled normal again. Although I loved the colors and the quality was okay for the price, the smell was nauseating.

I was beyond skeptical of ordering for BR. During their 60% off sale I decided it was worth it. Which I suggest getting on Instagram and looking for an Influencers code if you’re going to order. I now want to buy rugs for every room (even though we don’t need them) because I’m that happy with the quality! We ordered this one and the romoeville and loved both. This isn’t as soft as the other one because it’s a little less fluffy. Which ended up being PERFECT for us! I needed two rugs what would be versatile but also match the lowkey style we have going on. This does!

I looked for a LONG

I looked for a LONG time and then had a hard time committing to the purchase. I’m glad I chose this rug it’s exactly what I wanted. The rug itself is on the thinner side (that’s what I was looking for). We have 2 dogs witch means hair always but it’s easy to vacuum. And doesn’t show hair to much. The smell lasted about a day. Print is what I saw online. And the price what well amazing!

Do not buy from this company!!

Worst rug I have in my house by far. To start with our first order of the 2’7 x 16 runner was lost in the mail. So it took about 3 weeks until we received the rug, thankfully I tracked shipping and realize it was not making progress. Once the new shipped rug arrived I rolled it out down our hall and noticed it had some odd lumps and bumps but figured it could flatten out. Nope. After rolling it inside out, and then placed weights ALL over it for a week (as advised by the sales team) it still does not come near laying flat. It looks like junk, it’s thin, and was clearly damaged before or during shipping somehow. The company has only offered me 20% off a new purchase and says “it takes time to flatten”. Do not buy!!! Use a company that backs their product 100%!

I needed a smaller rug for under my dining room table that wasn’t too large a was a low pile and this rug was PERFECT! It arrived quickly from order date to door and best of all it was on sale for Black Friday at an amazing price as compared to other retailers I searched. The color and style are in line with my Mediterranean flavor of decor and it isn’t so large that it overpowers my space. Because it’s a low pile vacuuming is very easy and the dining chairs dont get stuck as compared to a deeper pile. Overall a great rug that looks great and serves a function that I needed.

Full price would have been a disappointment.Looks nice in the hallway.CONS: Very thin, and unlike what several others say, this is not soft. Doesn't feel good on your feet.It looks luxurious but I'll be putting a thick pad under it to make it feel as nice as it looks. If you're just buying for looks at a certain price point, definite thumbs up. If you want really nice quality with a luxurious feel, you're going to have to penny up for a more expensive rug.

This rug turned out to be so beautiful in person and tied my living room together. It took about a week to fully flatten out, but you couldn't tell unless you were looking for it. It did have a chemical smell for about a day, so I let it breathe before putting it under my couch. It's soft on bare feet and has a little bit of cushion. It shipped faster than expected and wasn't too heavy for me to pull it in the house by myself. I've had it for about a month now and I'm so happy with my purchase. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not as thick as it looks in the pictures. I will definitely be purchasing a felt pad to put under it for my hard floors, but I like very comfy rugs so my feet don't feel the wood. But for the price, you can't beat it! Would definitely recommend Home Depot for rug purchases in the future.

Disappointed

This rug is paper thin and the fibers have a sheen to them that make it feel and look cheap. Our rug arrived with a bright maroon fiber woven into the rug. I emailed customer service and was told I could ship the fiber out. They offered a discount for the trouble. The problem is the rug is so thin, I don’t see how I could snip the fiber out without making an obvious hole in the rug. To say I am disappointed in the quality of this rug and the customer service response is an understatement. I would not suggest doing business with this company. It is worth it to visit stores and see what you are getting in person.

Nice rug - not soft enough for an area rug by sofa though

This rug is really nice, just as pictures, beautiful design. It says its medium pile but it feels like a very low pile rug. I had it as an area rug for my sofa and it wasnt soft enough, pretty rough when you sit on the floor. BUT its ok because I moved it to my office - there it is PERFECT. Its so low that my large office chair glides over it nicely. I'll be picking up a different area rug for my living room area - and of course from boutique rugs.

Great quality

I was a little apprehensive as I’ve never bought from boutique rugs before. But I couldn’t resist the price. I bought the 2x3 for the front door entrance and the 10x3 as a runner for the hallway. I had texts and emails immediately about shipping and delivery, and they arrived within a few days. The quality was a good surprise, they are as pictured on the website, color was not disappointing. I really like both of them and they look great. We just put in new flooring and the rugs break up the hard feeling on our feet.

Perfect Rug at the Perfect Price

Firstly this rug is really pretty & is excellent quality. Very soft & just enough plush. Shipping was fast. It actually arrived earlier than expected. The great thing about it, because I ordered a 10 x 14, the rug pad came rolled up with the rug & not separate. So all I had to do was unroll and didn't need 2 other people to hold the rug up while I positioned it in the room. I highly recommend this rug as well as Boutique Rugs.

Boho Style

This rug is a boho print with an antique wash of color. The colors are true to the pictures; gray and off white. Some of pictures, the off white looks slightly beige, I do not think so at all (Picture #3 with the chair looks just like the rug, the others look a little beige, which would have been pretty too). I feel the pile on the rug is low not medium, add a rug pad for more cushion. If you want to see a short video of the rug and it is made by Surya, go their website, search for the rug and play the video. It was my first time ordering so I was nervous. The rug arrived very fast with free shipping, 45% off the already marked down price….what more could you ask for! Will definitely order again!
