Empty packet

Got an empty packet ,emailed Anaconda & nil response,hence the one star though all other purchases online have been fine. These are really good& was getting another to gift to daughter. Currently using a trimmed down stainless screen out of a stovetop but it's a bit coarse

If your buying an aeropress get one of these. Your already doing your bit for the environment buy using less ( hopefully NO ) pods, so why not go the whole kit n/ caboodle. Great for home, camping or Air BnB stays - trust me i own 4 Aeropress's and they all have these filters fitted from day one.

Great change up!

I got this to reduce on waste with my aeorpress, as well as experiment with what others have referred to a difference in between using paper filters & SS. I've really enjoyed the last few cups of coffee that I've brewed. At times I feel some grinds pass through the filter but lends itself to a more robust taste imho.

Works well, but adds a tad more to cleanup routine

I got these meaning to use them with both Aeropress & Delter Press. I haven't spent enough time comparing this to paper, but I do enjoy the resulting coffee with both disks included.

A fantastic reusable alternative to paper filters

I purchased both the fine and regular filters as I've started to use my Aeropress for most of my daily coffees and wanted a reusable alternative to paper. I'm really impressed with them, especially the fine. The clarity in the flavour profile tastes comparable to even the Aesir papers I have but I really enjoy the little extra texture metal filters give.

Good alternative to paper, for coarser grinds

Bought this for the regular Aeropress and it works well. The filter lets very fine particles through, so attention to grind size is needed. On the upside, the oils get through, resulting in a potentially more rich mouthfeel and aftertaste, at the expense of cleanness in the cup. The filter is easy to clean and seems more environmentally friendly and easy to carry than a bunch of paper filters.

A great alternative...for the DELTER COFFEE PRESS!

Yes you heard me correctly. This filter also works for the Delter Coffee press. If you want more “oomph” (boldness, body) with your morning coffee, and of you want to save money on filters, this two-pack is great.

Makes damn good coffee!

I have used this filter for a few weeks straight now, and I think it is a great add on for any aero-press user! It definitely adds more body to the cup than a standard paper filter. Make sure that you dont press too hard using it though, because it will force grinds into the mesh and clog the filter - causing a very slow and painful press! Otherwise, fantastic product - well made, seems decently durable, easy to clean.

Great addition to Aeropress

I've been using this disk for about 5 years and it is still as good today as the day I got it. Stands up to daily use and means the only consumables are coffee beans and water. Good option for travelling as no paper filters to manage. Compared to using the paper filters it give a bit more body to the cup and allows oils and small amount of sediment through. It also offers more resistance compared to the paper filters which means a firmer press is required.

Only 1 for $19 (too expensive), expected 2

I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The picture showed that I would receive 2 metal disks and I only received one. Please remove the picture as it is can be construed as false advertising. I looked carefully at the pictures of the packaging and it doesn’t say how many are in the package but with a picture showing two I expected to get two. This sucks!

Great quality and super fast shipping!

I got the combo pack aero press filters. They are packed so well with cute little instructions on how to use each filter. They look like they’re made of high quality material, doesn’t bend easily. I tried the fine filter first and my cup of coffee was so delicious! Also, I realized I’ve been using way too much coffee so their instructions are helping me save coffee too.

Improved coffee flavour

I wasn't expecting this to work as well as it did. I ran out of the paper filters and I had read mixed reviews about this product from many sources on the internet. I decided to order both the Disk filter and paper filters just in case I didn't like the flavour that the disk supplied. Well let me tell you that I was delighted with the result. I'm not going back to paper filters anytime soon.The flavour of the coffee was enhanced and there was no nasty sediment or residue. I just hope I dont accidentally dont throw the disk out with the coffee grinds which I have read can easily happen.

A useful travel companion and reliable tool

The Able Aero Press coffee stainless steel disk filter is a useful tool. It works well with the Aero press kit and allows you to travel without bringing paper filters. The only drawback is that you have to press the coffee immediately after stirring it otherwise the grains will settle on the bottom and make it difficult to press the liquid into the cup. Some swear by the use of paper filters saying that they remove the bitterness from the coffee. I did not notice a difference since I only use top grade coffee beans. I think everyone should have one even if you only use it when you travel or run out of paper filters.

Exactly what it says on the tin

A simple product that does exactly what it's meant to do: act as replacement for your Aeropress paper filters. For my particular use case, it turned out to be less convenient than paper, since without the ability to dispose of the coffee puck (filter and all) my cleanup time basically doubled. But if I were using the Aeropress at home or while holidaying, I'd have no hesitation in using this or taking this with me instead of a stack of paper filters.
