I don't recommend this product. Unfortunately, we didn't use the coffee pot until after the return date and couldn't return it. It is missing the top of the percolator lid where you put coffee. It leaks coffee from the bottom of the container.

Great for a crowd

This was such a time saver! I am sure it won’t be used often, but with several days of guests in for the solar eclipse, it was worth the money!

It’s really making a lot of noise and it’s already all black inside! I had 2 the same one and I never had any problems

Product FAIL.

This product DID NOT WORK. It was to be used at a church and first try out of the box it failed. the stem was bent where it goes into the heater well. Now, it did heat but because of the bend tube base it just made noise but did not perk/pump. This unit was apparently not tested before shipping.

West Bend Commercial Coffee Maker

This is attractive and functional. It makes a lot of coffee. I have only needed to use it twice since purchasing, but I was delighted with the way it handled.
