Works great and I really like the old school percolator lid you can see the coffee bubbling up in. The sight glass is nice too.

We used it at my daughters sweet 16th. Worked fantastic.

The lasting get bent where are you put the coffee in. I Will give it another week before I called the company.

I purchased 2 of these bad boys. To say that this was one of my best purchases is an understatement. Here is a secret that you definitely need to know ~ it will take at least an hour for the coffee to brew. In order for your coffee to taste amazing and not be filled with coffee grains, you will definitely want to line the large strainer that holds the grounds with filters. Everyone at the event loved the coffee.

Great brewing, good quality, and nice appearance. My only disappointment is the time it takes to make 100 cups.

This coffee urn stopped working properly in less than 3 months. Thank goodness the extended warranty was purchased and hopefully a return with full refund will go smoothly.

replacement parts

I called the manufacturer for replacement parts and they told me that they dont sell replacement parts at all… They told me i had to buy a new coffee urn.

Did not have the two spigots as advertised I called both home Depot and the manufacturer and neither would do anything about it I'm very disappointed in home Depot I have shop there for many years and never had a problem until now after calling them and nobody reaching out to try to make things right with me I'm just very very disappointed
