Love it, use it weekly for a gathering. Works great. I turn it immediately after it brews because it's too hot. Cleans up nicely.

Nesco Coffee Urn

I ordered coffee urn and upon arrival the box was split and urn had small dent. The urn was in normal box that you would purchase in store. The warehouse did not pack into another box. I returned the coffee urn to the store and they no longer carry the make/model I purchased so I asked for reimbursement which was no problem. I tried again to re-order online, but it seems Macy's no longer carries this item. I thought I had received a pretty good price through Macy's but when I ordered through another internet site, I paid substantially less and they also offered free shipping. I now have my urn - undamaged.

Good product but not quick to brew.

Great product but takes an hour to brew a full 50 cups so make sure you're prepared. Next time I'll get half of the water heated at home before going to the event to give it a head start.

We purchased this coffee maker for our church to use for dinners! It works beautifully and makes great coffee and plenty of it!

Brew Time

Thought this would brew in less time than our old one. Not the case, still takes a long time. Get it going early in your function.

Purchased this for my church as the old one broke. Used it last Sunday and was very well pleased with it. Coffee was done in no time at all and stayed hot.

Product is OK, not great. Does not stay warm enough for long enough.

Needs a thermostat.

Heats well but does not have a thermostat so it heats constantly and is very noisy. We tried it twice with just hot water(we use it for tea) and the water was horribly metallic tasting. We will be returning this unit. Hopefully we can find one with a thermostat.

I used this coffee urn to make a version of wassail, not coffee , and it worked just as I wanted it to. It was easy to use and attractive for a coffee urn.
