not as pictured. it shows insulated iced coffee tumbler with lid and strawand a insulated coffee mug for the hot coffee. it only came with the iced coffee tumbler. I would the insulated coffee mug shipped to me or a a unit with both shipped to me and a return shipping label to return the one I received. order number 2000125-91239456

Great hot coffee...

It's a great coffee maker possibly the best drip coffee maker. The coffee that you brew comes out very regulated and hot which I like. I haven't tried the iced coffee as of late don't know if I will I'm just really impressed with the fact that this is one of the best drip coffee machines I've ever tried and I am very pleased with Mr coffee and the product and coffee that it makes. I would not hesitate to buy this product again.

Sent Wrong Color

Took 1 star off cause they sent wrong color. I ordered black but opened it up and it was black and silver. I needed all black as pictured on Walmart app cause I have no silver in my kitchen. Too much hassle to return so keeping it till I find an all black one. If ordering for a present open box up. I thought I could return to store but customer service said no even though Walmart was fullfilling it. Not sure if that is right. Lol Color is not growing on me.

Perfect for my needs

I was looking for a single cup maker with no other features and this is perfect. Well almost. Its comes with a tall plastic cup for ice coffee so when you're brewing a hot cup it has a long way down to drip and could get messy. I use a riser under my coffee mug and this solves the problem. The coffee is fast and hot. Plus as soon as the drip is done it shuts off.

Almost perfect

I’m like my hot/cold coffee maker. It’s easy to use to make iced coffee. the only issue is when making a cup of coffee it is very messy. My counter gets splattered with coffee. It’s because spout is a long distance from where you set coffee cup. Maybe needs an extended/elevated stand accessory when using coffee cup.

Great features but doesn't last.

I absolutely loved this product, size is perfect and I love to make ices coffee. Great price. Easy to use, easy to clean. I found the coffee had some grinds in it a bit. Sadly my machine only lasted 2 weeks and then it stopped turning on. I heard that from a few people as well. Not sure why.

A Major Disappointment

We purchased two because of the great price, however, it was a complete and total waste of money.

Great little coffee maker

This little coffee maker is the perfect size and design for my RV. It isn’t limited to 12 oz maximum, it goes up to 16 oz for hot or iced coffee. You use the exact amount of water for you need for each cup so there’s no water left in the machine to spill or to make it top heavy which would cause it to easily tip over especially when the RV is moving.

Nice coffeemaker and great price.

Mr Coffee is a basic little coffee maker. No bells and whistles. However, there are no parts that require training to clean or repair. Easy to use- simply put coffee in the basket, a cup of water and press the button. To clean is very simple. Wash the coffee filter and filter basket and wipe the cup holder. Done. The price is also very pleasing.

Conflicted

I like it, sort of. I do not use it for iced because I just ended up with water downed coffee. Mine came with a carbon water filter disc, which I like. However, you can not get a replacement disc. after looking online for hours, and all the online discs were 3 ish inches, and the one I need is 2 ish inches. I called Mr Coffee customer service and was told the part is non-existent, that it must have been a promotion. I would say to Mr Coffee, "Don't put a disposable part in a box that you don't have available for replacement."

Nice - Not too bad at all

Non bulky convenient machine. Cleaning is not as quick as I would like it to be but it’s not too big of a deal. The cup that beneath the filter should have a sinking button as suppose to the drain lines. Getting between them with the hard edge of the dish cloth can be a few minutes if you’re in a morning rush. Maybe the next design can include better engineering,

Thank you Mr Coffee

Love Mr Coffee hot or cold coffee machine. Easy to use. Some leople complain about drip but just put a Tupperware with coasters under it to make your mug higher. Keep the Tupperware under it until it finishes dripping. I just jeep mine under it for about an hour ir continually. Adjust your medium roast coffee to your liking and do not use an extension cord as it says. Finally be careful when making two coffees behind one another. Steam will come up and startle you. I rather just wait a little while before making that second cup. Then you will not regret your purchase. I will see how long it last.

6 months later it switches off before it finishes.

Bought it perhaps 6 months ago. Didn't keep the receipt, so I'm guessing on when I bought it. Only ever used for hot coffee. Makes good coffee. Because it's so tall, it requires a very tall mug or it will splash and make a mess. I use a travel mug to solve that problem. The reason for 2 stars is that it has started turning off before it finishes brewing. It will use 3/4 of the water and then turn off. If I restart it, it will finish. Time to switch brands I think.

Amazing! I use this every day!

This single serve hot and iced coffee maker is something I use every day. It has a small footprint so it doesn't take up much space in the counter. I am able to use any kind of coffee I prefer, Lavazza for the win!, and it's perfectly brewed. No K-cups or pods in the trash filling up the landfill. I can compost the used grounds without fuss. This coffeemaker is simple, with no bells and whistles which means it super easy to clean and I hope long lasting. I've brewed both hot and iced coffee and both turn out great every single time.

Does the job in a less expensive manner

I purchased this coffee maker to save on the cost of coffee pods for my Nespresso. I wanted a maker that did not take up a lot of space on my already heavily used kitchen counter. This Mr Coffee makes a quick 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz cup of coffee, water level markings inside the tank. The reusable mesh coffee filter keeps bits of coffee grind out but a little settlement is present in the bottom of the cup. I like the option to make iced coffee in the included 16oz tumbler, I haven't tried that feature yet. The cost of this maker plus a 40oz bag of ground Colombian arabica beans was less than 1-1/2 months of Nespresso coffee pods. I love my Nespresso but I still get a fresh, hot cup of coffee and can add my favorite flavoring and dairy/non-dairy creamer. Depending on how much of a coffee snob you might be this Mr Coffee may fit the bill.

Great Product and Design

I like how this product gives you enough height space to place taller sized cups under the coffee spout which helps me to save time when I need to grab my coffee tumbler and head to work in the morning. I also like how the provided “ice coffee”’tumbler has a line to indicate how much ice to put in to make it cold, though I put in extra because I like mines extra cold! Also, this machine doesn’t take much counter space and there are a lot of built in design features such as the measuring cup alcove to just help organize the machine and the coffee making process. I also bought this machine at half the price since it was a Black Friday special. Overall, this product is a bargain for the price and design. It will certainly do it’s job.
