Its so beautiful! I have an 11 ft island, so wish there was a longer option. But I might just need a second one instead. It is a quality piece and I just love it!

OK if you don't care about the color at all

This is a very nice rug with a good design, Thickness is good. I usually like Safvieh. But I ordered Navy/Ivory and there is not one bit of blue in it. The "navy" looks like dark greige or slate. It would be great if the color looked anything like as shown. Mine was on backorder and delivery time was 8 weeks. It arrived when my renovation was underway and I didn't open it for inspection when received, to keep it clean. My bad. We opened it after the return period, and found the wrong color. Labeled as Navy/Ivory but no blue! Immediately notified BBB. Photos show it is not just a "computer monitor variance". Phone customer service agreed but needed auth for late return. BBB insists the rug is correct and would not make any exception for a late return or exchange A "supervisor" replied to my request via a seemingly AI generated response to tell me the color could vary as shown, would not make a customer accommodation for the late return and suggested I sell the rug locally myself. I am not a happy camper. No customer service at all. Bad business. I will not make another purchase from BBB. They lost me for life.

Love this rug! Would’ve been even better with a non slip back but overall super happy with my purchase. The colour is beautiful. The rug is well made and good quality too. Wouldn’t expect anything less with RL attached to the tag. I purchased the rectangular 4x2

Love the colors and quality!

I have ordered 5 or 6 rugs from your company over the past few years. Happy with all but for this one. It doesn’t match the colour, the pattern or the quality of the others. It doesn’t even look like the pattern I ordered.

I paid $110, when I unrolled it there was a TJ maxx sticker on the back. I felt tricked. They weren’t price match their own tag. I think I got like $20 back. Done with Wayfair.

Great rug, very accurate pictures. Had some unusual pink threading in a couple spots. But other than that it was a perfect fit in our living room.

I tried ordering this 8x10 rug 3 times, twice from Wayfair and once from Birch Lane. All 3 came in a very light/pastel blue, not navy as described. Rolling up, repackaging and sending out 3 times was a huge pain and very disappointing.

Poor Production Control at SAFAVIEH

Not recommended to buy any SAFAVIEH rug at this time. This was my second attempt to replace my 8x10 area rug under my bed. Glad I waited and didn't throw the old one away. The other rug was from another website which looked like they were running low on blue dye with the blue looking sky blue instead of navy. This one was supposed to be navy/ivory. It was no we're close to navy- more like a grey-blue, and the ivory had a lot of yellow in it. But I was going to live with the miss-coloring. I could not tolerate the hard clumps of plastic/glue matted throughout the bottom (about every other step) that I initially tried to dig out, when I realized there were too much for me to handle. Therefore it was returned. I do appreciate BBB for the easy return process. And oh, the other store asked the manufacturer to reach out to me for a solution, but SAFAVIEH didn't. This time I left them a voicemail that has not been returned. This tells me SAFAVIEH is fully aware of their defective rugs, but continue to have stores sell them. Sad. Less

Cute rug with lots of personality

We ordered this rug to go on our upstairs landing. I considered the 8 × 8 square, but ultimately went with the 8 × 10 rug in blue. It's very thick and looks great, making the bedroom and the bathroom relatable. It looks wonderful and I'm very happy we bought this.

I purchased two runners for an entryway, and a larger for the area in front of the sofa and they are absolutely stunning. The quality is excellent. The color of blue is perfect and it’s very neutral for the white. I highly recommend.

Round rug

I ordered this rug on a Friday and it arrived on the following Wednesday. LIKE WOW. impressive. The packaging was quality. The rug was just gorgeous. I just about didn't order the rug as the quality of the picture on the website was not good. I cround ould not tell the colors.

Great quality rug.

Purchased this in blue for my master bath. The blue is like a denim color. I love the quality of this rug. It adds a bit of color to the small room without being too busy.
