Just ok

It’s just ok. Very thin, shows indentations from furniture immediately, softish but not as soft as other polyester rugs I’ve bought from Rugs Direct, the color is quite muddy, not a constrasty black/white or silver/white. I don’t love it but return shipping was too much so I used it in a different room.

Great rug , but poor packaging might have damaged the rug

The rug is beautiful with quality, but the packaging was very poor compared to how rugs were packed from other websites (Amazon, Wayfair). The rug didn't gave that cardboard cane in the middle, and was folded. This left creases that I am still trying to get rid to have the rug to lay flat.

Gorgeous and soft rug

This is such a beautiful rug! The material is so soft and luxurious. The pattern is amazing. I love everything about this rug and would recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a new rug. My only qualm is that for the price, it is not super thick. I will most likely add a rug pad.

There are frayed edges and edges are uneven. I definitely expected much better quality from this brand. The first rug we ordered from rugs direct was perfect and great quality, but this rug I am very unhappy with.
