Great for serving

Love it!

I purchased this 15 years ago and I use it all the time to place a hot pizza pie. I wait a few minutes to cut the pie on it. It looks beautiful when serving. I maintain it every few uses by rubbing coconut oil. I wait a few days until it all soaked in and sealed for the next use. I also use it to cut home made bread, and cut directly on it. One of the best products I own.

It’s a nice peel for the money and it doubles as a cutting board. It ships to Alaska!!!

Pizza Board

This pizza board is great. it is a bit pricey, but it looks great and I amnhappy I bought it.

Ironwood?

Good, but ironwood must be a brand because this definitely is not tough enough to be actual ironwood. A plastic pizza cutter indented the wood the first time i cut a pizza on it

It’s pretty small. Can’t make a large pizza on this. Medium at most.

The wood looks beautiful, but be sure to oil it significantly with mineral oil otherwise there will be deep stains from cheeses or pizza that ruin the look.

Pizza peel is a beautiful wood piece. I really think i may use it for a cheese board , but would not use to cut on. Its to pretty! Its as pictured in the ad if not prettier. Beautiful top quality piece.

Use to slide pizza into my brick oven. The peel is beautiful, functional and well made. I recommend this peel.

Not as good as I'd hoped

I had to sand rough spots in this product. The metal grommets on the handle came unattached on the first use.

Very good lifter. Pizza slides on and off with ease. Doubles as a great food presentation dish. Highly recommend. Wish it were made at least somewhere in North/South America instead of China, but its still good quality.
