Important to have the proper tool for the job.
We sometimes have frozen pizza for dinner. Trying to cut the pizza with a regular rolling cutter is like trying to herd cats. Trying to hold the pan and the pizza at the same time stinks. This knife makes quick work of the job.

Great time saver
We bought the knife to do only one thing, choping boneless chicken in a large bowl. The knife fit perfectly, and cut our time down in half. We also get a better chop.

I bought this for us to use at work because we only had one of the traditional roller cutters. I used to work at pizza hut and decided to look for a rocker blade. First I ordered a 16" one. It wasn't great quality but works for me at home. So I searched for an 18", found this one and everyone at work LOVES IT! We also use it for chopping other stuff!
