This bed frame is beautiful and very well made. I was a little worried about the color because it is a little different than what I expected, but it is really beautiful in person. The wood is really strong and the frame is very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone.

Overall quite pleased

As other reviews have mentioned, the stock photo is misleading! A box spring is REQUIRED for this bed. Assembly was simple: attach the legs to the headboard, slot the side rails into the head and footboards, attach the cross slats. There are screws provided for securing the slats in place but they're easy to miss in the packaging. I was able to attach them with a regular Phillips-head screwdriver but an electric screwdriver or cordless drill would have made it a breeze. My headboard has a couple very minor defects in the finish that will be easy to fix with a furniture pen. The bed itself is beautiful and I'm looking forward to updating my room with the rest of the set.

great price, wish there was more sturdy wood paneling

theres only 3 skinny wood paneling for support at bottom. For a queen bed with box spring, it seems skimpy support. Will see how it holds up but i have some doubts. looks great in my room though, I have high ceilings but I didnt want an extra tall headboard and this was perfect in that aspect

Wonderdul delivery time but railing is a little warped and the slats are a little short, keeps slipping off going to have to try and rig it to stay in place. There is also about a 4 to 6 inch gap between mattress and railing.
