Great to use as a room divider

I love how thos bookcase is free standing. I'm using it to divide my kitchen and living room. I have in the center acting like a wall divider. It was easy enough to put together. On the shelves I have fake plants %26 decor. Not all shelves I used for books. I like how each shelf looks different from the other. Tall enough to help divide the rooms. Overall this is a great piece added to my house.

Really nice bookcase. My dad assembled it and it took him about 3 hours and only because he took some breaks. It wobbles a bit but that's fine, it will be stationary in that corner. Also like the other reviewers said, the screws are visible so I had to be a bit creative with covering them up with some of my bookshelf decor. All in all, I like it and I'm glad I made the purchase.

Not enough stickers to cover bolts and screws

I can literally see the screws and bolts that were used to put this together. There aren’t enough stickers to cover it up. Would have been nice to give plugs...

Good and Sturdy!

Very pleased with sturdy construction, though it takes rather longer to put together than expected. My son who is not inexperienced in these things took ~2 hours even without any extra complications. It needs more of the white tabs to cover visible screws.

I searched everywhere for an abstract bookcase & this delivered all that I wanted. Great Quality! Easy to put together & it brought my office space to life.

Nice Looking and Sturdy

I searched & searched for a bookshelf that was both sturdy (could hold books) & not going to break the bank. Although this bookshelf is a bit more modern than my usual taste, I thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did. The book shelf was easy to put together & so far has held up very well with actual books on it. There doesn't seem to be any sign of sagging in the shelves due to the weight of the books. The metal screws show, so they should include more white covers.

Helps to have two to assemble

Came with one shelf damaged but not enough to send back. Took two to assemble and put in place. The sticky paper screws covers are cheap and tacky looking. I just painted screws white. The unit is a little wobbly if I had kids I would anchor it to wall. It looks fine for the money and I was able to fit a lot of stuff in it.

Sturdy shelve but screw holes are too visible

This is nice looking shelf. The drawn back is that there are a lot of holes and they are visible regardless of what end you put as is top or bottom. Photos included are of the top down and bottom up views and you can see regardless of the positioning the screw holes are very visible and unsightly. The packaging did not come with any hole covers to make the holes less visible, that was disappointing. Also, in some assembly steps you will need another person to help.

Amazing, is an understatement. Did I tell u I assembled this myself to? My Acme furniture mileta ll was the perfect addition to my contemporary decor design style. It arrived well packaged and the instructions were very easy to follow and precise. It has added style and classy with a touch of fabulousness to my family living area. I like the fact that it's not bulky and overwhelming. A definite must buy

I'm delighted with this piece

This is a lovely book case. It's very sturdy. The pieces are laminated particle board, but the board is about 7/8" thick and does not bend or bow. There is no chemical smell that often accompanies this kind of furniture. The colors are accurate and look just like the photo. Assembly is relatively easy (those time consuming) if you are familiar with assembling this type of furniture.

Great quality and not hard to assemble. Looks beautiful in the room. I bought two and paired them together as a room divider. A contemporary look without a bulky feel. I would definitely recommend these.
