dont buy

it never has the correct weather on the view screen. it will say rain and or lighting and outsides it is sunny wish i could send it back for a full refund. since it doesnt work sept for the temp and the date an time

Great display. It had all the information I wanted. Pretty easy to set up. Had to use the manual mode for the pressure reading, but that all depends on the altitude where you live.if you want it to be accurate.

Excellent Product!

It take roughly two weeks for it to “LEARN”. I like it alot. This is the 2nd one I have. If you have more than one, you can use the receiver for all of them and just select the same channel for all display units and you can get the same outdoor reading on all of your display’s! I prefer the black background over the white. I think it looks nicer.

had another acurite. didnt really like that plus it didnt hold time right. on this one, i like the time display in large numbers on the top middle. uncle mike approved

Initial Impression

Much nicer than my La Crosse that unexpectedly died. Function buttons on the face makes it easy to set and adjust. Literature state 300ft range for the outdoor sensor which is a nice feature. Looks to be a very nice unit.

Product works very well, is fairly accurate, and has a large screen.

For the record I have 3 weather stations. 2 are this particular model, and a model 13043HD.

Great upgrade from our previous product.

We use this in our RV and love that we can see the real temps inside and outside. Previously had the Acurite thermometer with outdoor sensor. Not sure we are getting the value from the weather features as we move every week! Great buy.

Very pleased..

Our old I/O thermometer finally gave up the ghost and we needed a replacement. A quick review of products available indicated that the AcuRite brand was highly recommended. We found a model that suited our needs and we are very pleased with our purchase. The price was fair and the delivery was timely. It appears to be working fine with no issues to report whatsoever... Great product

This is my second purchase of accurite products. The first weather station lasted about 7 years. The one I just got had to recalibrate to get outdoor sensor to be accurate. I would purchase it again!

The perfect gift

I have had an Acurite weather station for 6 years and I like it a lot. I would have a model with more features but have no ability to put sensors for wind and rain. It's an older model - the one I bought is similar (updated) and gave it as a gift. I am sure they are enjoying it.

Great product

I've had an AcuRigte for about 7 years without any issues. My son has one he bought 8 years ago. I bought 2 of the AcuRite weather stations for Christmas this year for my brother's. I would suggest that you make sure it has an Atomic clock. its a pain to manually have to change the time two times a year.

Weather Station🤙

I thought my Acurite Model 02081 Weather forecaster had stopped working but it started working again and seems fine. So I haven't used my new one yet. I will say I love my current one, that's why I bought this unit to replace my old one. I will keep this new unit as a spare, since I can't let a day go by without one.

The Ants love the outdoor temperature sensor.

Original sensor of 5 years is identical to the new one. Found ants in the battery compartment, so I opened the case, and found it full of dead ants. They come in thorough the bottom slots. So I cut a cloth bandaid and punched it with pins and that seemed to keep them out.

I would buy this station again

Works good with the Solar Radiation Shield if you keep it out of the Sun. I kept moving the sensor to Diff.

Bad quality unit

The unit look nice, but it doesn't provide the right indoor temperature reading. I compared with other two units (different models) all at the same location. This unit show 81 degrees, while the other two units shows 75 degrees.

2 star only because the clock does not have ability to display in normal 24 hour format.

Very nice to look at and works perfectly

We keep this weather station near the center of our activity between the kitchen and living room. It is great being able to check the temps when we are getting ready to grab a coat and leave. I do like being able to monitor the indoor and outdoor humidity as well. We keep a humidifier going all winter and this gives us insight on the level of moisture in the indoor air. I certainly would buy this monitor again. It is light-weight, movable since it runs on batteries and is attractive enough to have it placed in a space where company might see it.

Unbeatable Purchase Surpassed Expectations

This weather station is a great purchase. Price is unbeatable. It was delivered within three days. I am very pleased with the size of the display. I can easily read it from 15 feet. Having both indoor and outdoor humidity alongside the temperature is a big plus. My neighbor who studied meteorology was very impressed. The setup was easy. I did adjust the outdoor temperature, but the included instructions made that easy. I was also pleased that my previous Acurite weather station picks up the signal from the outside sensor, so now I have two stations working from one sensor. In addition, the atomic clock works perfectly in sync to the second.
