Great outdoor shower

The shower is not only modern and stylish but is functional. Works well and has different shower heads and a handheld wand to support different uses from hosing off dirty feet or showering post-seim.

Horrible shower received shower did not work they reshaped and it did not work either

Box was a mess

We were worried as box was poorly made and had cuts and tears everywhere. For $1K would expect more. Looks like everything is ok but you need new packaging.

We enjoy and looks good

It’s a nice outdoor shower! We have enjoyed using it after getting out of the pool. The only issue we had was the hole for the shower wand was sooooo low and unusable. We had to make another hole up higher.

Beautiful shower - awful packaging - no service

I brought the shower from signature hardware paying a lot more then other outdoor showers because I really love the style and had hi expectation of quality.

Came broken & dented TWICE!

box came in horrible condition. Box was beaten up and broken & shower body was dented in 2 places. Company sent a replacement which was in the same condition!!

Good shower if it arrives safely.

I purchased this shower and it arrived damaged. Company stood buy their product and offered me a refund but I opted for a resend. Very good shower with hot and cold options. If you do run a hot line out to this shower just note that your local plumbing codes may require that you install a drain if your running both hot and cold water. The only downside of this shower is that the overhead shower angel is not adjustable as it’s built into the existing Stell frame. It overshoots if you stand directly center on the bamboo base. Otherwise very good flows including the handheld.

The only negative is the base came damaged but the company took care of that. I am very satisfied with the look of the product and customer service. Thank you
