Great BUT…

Arrived in two boxes and sat for several weeks while pool remodeling was completed. When opened, the tower portion had a crease in the stainless. Impossible to return due to construction timelines.

Sleek shower

Purchased this shower for use by my pool and it is perfect. Fairly easy to assemble, but indie have to call customer service and Brooklyn was super helpful. After that, I had it up and running.

Abner outdoor shower

Looks great.Works great.Easy to assemble and hook up.Base came bent but company was quick to address issue and sent new shower within days.

Happy so far

Crisp controls, easy setup, beautiful look. We are very happy with its initial quality. Also very good customer service. When purchasing an expensive unit its gives you peace of mind when there is a team to actually take your call quickly and answer your general and technical questions.

Excellent buy except the a little over the price

Just bought this , love the quality, steel finish and wood foot steps. Quality is super. Giving 4 star, just because of price factor otherwise a super buy. There are budget buys in this style for about $250.00 but this one has a good overall the finish and quality.

Just a gorgeous shower!

Bought for use after ocean swimming or outdoors in Florida. Box came really torn up but all pieces inside were fine. Easy for my handyman to put together. Only issue is getting the correct connector piece to hook their hose to a regular hose spicket as the thread and opening sizes are different. Wish they included this piece with the hardware. Also had to buy a hose cap tp cap off the hot water hose as not needed for connection to a regular

Decent construction.

Stainless Steel Base was extremely dented on all 4 sides.

Very heavy, sturdy, straightforward installation instructions. Having a plumber install since we live in an area where lines need to be flushed each fall. This shower is much sturdier and larger than I anticipated.

Poor shipping, showed up damaged

This looks to be a nice shower, I like it because the water supply is connected from the back and does not require digging or concrete demo. Unfortunately the shower arrived dented/damaged in several places due to poor shipping. There is very little inventory in outdoor showers at the moment so I’m disappointed that we are stuck with a damaged product.

The shower comes in 2 big boxes but not enough padding. Base and Stanchion both got bent and dings. Not worth sending it back and maybe getting a more dinged up one, vs the effort to bend the flange and live with the dent and ding. The flange that is supposed to cover the base attachment bolts is cut oversized so there is a ¾” gap. If it bothers me, I’ll put some sheet metal vinyl edge molding on it.

I bought this shower and it arrived at my house in less than a week with regular shipping. It was easy to assemble and it great quality for the price. The bamboo slat was not fully assembled, so I contacted customer service. They sent a replacement within 48 hours and were extremely helpful. Truly a great experience!

Love the shower, but bamboo rotted in 1yr

We brought this item on line. It came on time and our builder installed it for us. All parts were there and it was an easy install. Only problem is the wood tray is not holding up and we are now faced with how to replace the wood slats.
