Leaks like a siv

Very disappointed in this. Plumber installed it today and the elbow joints and valve joints all leak- even with the tape and plenty of pipe dope. For the money this cost is very frustrating.

Challenging Assembly

Although the product has well made components, it’s a challenge for home owners to properly assemble with regular pipe wrenches without marking surface and gain alignment on all aspects without the risk of leakage. Therefore I elected to seal-weld all joints.

Great material quality, poor pipe threading

The material quality of all parts is excellent, pipe, fittings, valves and spray heads. However, the threading on the pipe is loose on the fittings. Multiple pipe to fitting connections had to be redone with more thread seal to be leak free. One connection I never got to stop leaking. Thankfully this connection is post water feed valve. The pipe threading should be revisited by Signature Hardware.

Made In USA!!

Let me start by saying I bought this product because it was not another cheap Chinese made fixture. Well I have to say this is the worst fixture design. The company has cut the threads on the pipes so low that they screw all the way into the fittings. There is not enough Teflon tape or pipe dope in the city to stop the leaks.

Best shower ever

I love this product. It looks great and the shower heads are awesome. We shower outside all the time, because this is our best shower head. One quibble is that the lever handles are blue rubber - a more neutral colour would look better.

Beautiful and functional

I thought the price was high for this product, but I bit the bullet and purchased it. I do NOT regret it one bit. The shower is beautiful, durable, easy to assemble and install and both the shower heads are amazing...great spray and pressure. I love the industrial look and design of this product. The only possible con, which may be a pro for others, is that the height of the shower head is very high. Which is good if you're 6 1/2 feet tall, but if you're on the short side, you won't be able to tilt the overhead shower head. For my purposes though, it's perfect.
