This lamp is perfect for either being at the end of a couch or the head of a bed. The light is fantastic and the flexibility of the light is very helpful.

My husband just wanted something simple for the corner of the family room. this lapis perfect, you can have it bend down to do some quiet reading or points it to the corner for some ambient lighting.

Perfect for bedtime reading

I was struggling with a bedside lamp that made it easy to read before going to sleep. This is perfect. It's tall enough to actually get above the book and I can angle it all sorts of ways as I shift around. Very small footprint so it hides really nicely between the bed and bedside table. Highly recommend.

Great Lamp, Not So Happy With Packaging

I got my lamp in reasonable time. It looks great and the light is fantastic. Assembly was easy enough though I do recommend you start from the top and work down to the base. I didn't read the instructions because, well, it's not that hard, and I've assembled my fair share of Ikea furniture and other items in my time.

Solidly built and pleasingly styled

We expect excellence from levenger and got it. The lamp improves on a similar levenger floor reading lamp we bought in 1997. The old one was more solid structurally but was built around a mechanical switch, which broke, near the hot halogen bulb and risk burning the users hand. The new one in build around an LED with the switch on the upright. Smaller profile, more efficient use of power and works fine. Glad we again spent a little extra on levenger light. Wish the switch on old lamp could be repaired.

OverArching Floor Lamp

Love this lamp. I bought a second one I like it so much. It is perfect for reading or anything you need to spotlight without being so bright that it lights the whole room.
