Good, solid bookcase
I haven't loaded it with books yet, so I can't speak to how well the shelves hold up over time. But it was easy to assemble, and it looks very nice. I took off a star because the back comes folded, so it was difficult to get it on straight. And you can see the fold lines. Also, that means it's of lower quality.

Good product, poor directions. The instructions failed to mention how many pieces of each item were included, the illustrations for assembly were in accurate and miss leading, and overall the instructions were severely lacking. Once assembled, the unit is satisfactory.

Solid, well built, very substantial bookcase. Will last for years. Looks great and despite it being laminate, it matches phenomenally with my solid wood desk. Plus it comes assembled. Just be aware it is very heavy, and because it comes assembled, youll need at least two people to get it where you want to put it.
Good bookcase, there's just one thing . . . . .
We put the bookcase together yesterday and it looks nice and is very sturdy. I put my books on it and it looks great. The only complaint I have about the bookcase itself is the holes for the shelf pins should have been peg shaped and not round. The shelves move slightly when it should not. If holes were properly shaped this would not happen. Also, on the instructions sheet it did not say the quantity of items of the hardware kit and we had to assume we had the right amount. Didn't add confidence. Also, the pictures were not 100% accurate. But I'm glad I bought it and would buy it again

We had a problem with the bookcase arriving with damage, however it was replaced and the damaged one picked up with just a couple of days. Great service. The bookcase is beautiful.

this product blew past my expectations. i was fed up buying cheap furniture made from recycled wood that barely lasted long enough. the product is much heavier than i had expected. this is real value for money. can last 10-20 years easily.
