It was an easy install,BUT, it is too wobbly. The short turn piece that turns upward has a snap-in that makes every thing wobbly that is a support. This was my second purchase of this type device. The big difference is the original one doesn't have another snap in joint to make the wobble. I had hoped to get what I originally had, which feels much safer.

I bought this to help after knee replacement surgery. I installed it on an ADA toilet. While it is a little shakey, if I am careful, it works for me. I might add I am 6’3” and weigh 350 lbs. As you can see I am over the maximum weight for this device.

This poduct was installed 3 days ago on a new toilet. It is poorly designed, unstable and unsafe for anyone that needs a support in rising or sitting down. I am returning it ASAP. I will be sure to get one that is ADA approved.
