The box came open and there are some pieces loose inside. I am still waiting for my son to open it and put the rack together. Maybe it was a return or it had a difficult shipping trip.

Was sent product that had been returned and repack
The item I received had been returned before as one end had been retaped. The items I thought were missing were actually taped to the inside of the box and could not be seen until you took the end off both ends of the box. Parts were in good condition therefore cancelled return.

This one is not adjustable. In the photo of product you can see the whole to which expected to insert bulge part of metal stick, in my case those 2 part just cannot get one within another.
