There is no back support...but, it serves the purpose and is easy to assemble...i love the stools...purchased two!!!...still designing the space...no photos as of yet...
This swivel chair us turdy and has a wide seat and wide base. the color is beautiful. I would say it looks more beautiful out of the box than in the picture. The only concern is about the back support but its minute.

looks good, timely shipping, easily put together..... . feels flimsy and seat material is buckling but i can deal with slight flaws because i believe i got what i paid for

These chairs really don't have any back support at all, but hey, they sure are pretty. They aren't as comfortable as other more substantial stools I've sat on. The lift mechanism seems to work nicely though. I bought three of these chairs in different colors to add a colorful pop to my otherwise understated kitchen area that is mostly black and white.
