Very satisfied with the bookcase. Delivery after ordering was fast and great packaging - no damage. Driver even brought the bookcase to my front door!
Disappointing quality and service
Was very satisfied with the same style unit purchased about 20 years ago so got a second to match it. First shipment came badly scratched and dented. Returned. Second shipment came with a sharp edge on top -- enough to cut me while dusting. I had removed a gaudy paper label stuck on the front for appearance sake. HON refused my

Met expectations
This is a no-frills, utilitarian steel bookcase, exactly what I wanted. It has one shelf that is easy to install and adjust. The only assembly was the installation of the shelf. If used at home it would be best with "industrial chic" decor. At the office (if the office is not at home) it can go anywhere. It arrived without damage about 2 days earlier than expected.

These bookcases were priced better at Staples than anywhere else I could find. Hon is always great quality. Only downside was two were dented on top when they arrived.
