Poor shipping department
The box came several days ago however it was just taped together cardboard which was bent during shipping allowing pieces to fall out. I was assured by customer service that I would receive the remaining pieces by last Friday, I still have not received all pieces so it's not fair to rate the product due to the packaging being inadequate.
These Racks are AWESOME!
I bought six of these racks for our new store and they look beautiful! They are easy to assemble and look great for a very good price. I would highly recommend these.
