The parts that stick out for the clothes to hang on are not tight at all. They move back and forth about an inch or so. Overall, we are happy with this. I just wish it felt sturdier up too.

Simple to assemble and fits the steampunk look I was going for. Looks great!

Not So Good

When putting together one the whole item is off kilter. One of the pipes would not screw it due to threads. Couldn't send back due to boyfriend was trying to make it go in with a large wrench so he scratched it up. Poorly made.

I LOVE these racks but...

I ordered two of these racks. Once I decided to read the instructions, the first one went together easily and I loved the look and the fact that the rods were all height adjustable. The second rack was missing the hardware so I was unable to install the rods. A quick call to SSW and the hardware was on its way and arrived when customer service said it would. These would have gotten five stars from me, but for the missing hardware issue.

Pros and cons

The garment rack is not gray as mentioned. It is glossy black. This gives it a "new" rather than industrial look, unfirtunately. Be prepared, packing is beyond flimsy. Your box will likely arrive torn as the contents are not secure and toss around. My rack arrived with one piece welded incorrectly and a wing nut missing so it was impossible to put together. A replacement was sent very promptly. Overall the piece is fine,sturdy enough, though the arms jiggle around and do not sit firmly in place when touched in any way.

High quality great adjustability VINTAGE looking!

We love this 4-way, we are planning on replacing our other lighter weight crappier 4-ways with these. we love the adjustability and it looks great in rustic, vintage and industrial settings. very stable. great use of floor plan tight spaces.

Very nice product, my company ordered 2 and upon receiving them realized that they were made of great quality and very sturdy therefore we ordered two more.

Sturdy and Easy to Use

This rack is proving very useful to us in our boutique. We currently have it set up to use only 2 of the 4 arms due to limited space and it's great! We even have a garment hanging from the 4 square bar (braces) just below the arms. We will be excited to use it in it's full form when we expand to a larger space. The design is functional, flexible, easy to assemble, and very sturdy. I would recommend getting the wheels if you are going to be moving the rack around all it, it is quite heavy.

Looks great, a little wobbly

This rack looks great and the construction is overall very sturdy. The portion of the arms that is adjustable up and down has quite a bit of slack side to side. It hasn't been a problem in use, customers don't seem to notice it at all. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and offered an easy return if I wanted, but I chose to keep the rack because even with the wobble its exactly what I needed.

4-way face out

I bought several of the products from this line for my store and this is one of my favorites. I like how you can easily adjust the height, and they can be quite tall. One of mine came with a pole that had holes drilled slightly off, so the key that locks in the height doesn't go through all the way. Otherwise I would have given these 5 stars.

Incredibly sturdy and great customer service!

Fed Ex delivered my package to a wrong address, retrieved it and delivered it to me. But by then, the box had been opened and critical pieces (the hardware) were missing. I called customer service and they sent out new hardware with no questions asked and I got it 2 days later!! I LOVE this rack - I am a clothes horse and my racks always collapse - NOT NOW !!!
